Curry Crab


This is one of my favourite dish : Curry Crab


Wash Clean the Crab, remove all the lung, hammer to crack the shell.


Prepare a hot wok, put ginger, garlic, union, with Olive oil, ( no more peanut oil though the favour is better)


Stir fry for a couple of minutes, then put the crab into the wok and mix them well!


Put Salt, brown sugar, two spoonful of Chinse Rice wine, some chicken essence and some chinese onion cut in sections, cover and put to mild fire and bake for a bout 5-8 more minutes...


Prepare big bowl of rice and enjoy...


I really want to have this to serve my all beloved ones!
