There is a place in Tsim Sha Tsui, 4ht floor at Renaisance Hotel, The Dynastic Restaurant. They have my famous dish, the barbecue Pork! You have to try! They are tender, juicy, and large in size enough to fill up your mouth!
I guess sthat is most likely the best roasted pork in Hong Kong. But you have to tell them to prepare the dish when you make a reservation, as they have limited supply everyday!
