My three favuorite Cantonese Restaurants

Hong Kong Prince Restaurant, located at 11th floor of No.1 Peking Road, provides you a place for magnificent harbour view and delicious Cantonese and fusion food. Multi-function VIP room is secret garden of your own. Different from traditional Chinese restaurants, Hong Kong Prince Restaurant provides not only Cantonese cuisines, but also Japanese sashimi and Western deserts. Delicacies created by chef leave unforgettable taste on your taste buds.

Recommended dish:

Steam fish such Sam Du as shown, Lum Pong, Coral trout or humpback grouper or a piece of Lum Pong if you budget allows! The steam fish is probably the best in Hong Kong!
Clay-pot fried fish head is a well-known traditional course from GuangDong province to Hong Kong. Carefully selected and first-class fish head fried with slow fire, making the utmost of the heat-resistance and heat-conductivity of the clay-pot, the fish head smells fragrant and the taste is incredibly delicious. It is a very popular delicacies for dinner.

My favourite dish is Steam Ma Yau Salted fish with pork thews!! I rate it 5 stars!
2nd and Third favourite
2nd Restaurant is Celestial Court Chinese Restaurant in Sheraton Hotel , Tsim Sha Tsui.
3nd is Dynasty in Renaissance Hotel, Tsim Sha Tsui.
