I used to take The famous Char Siu at Dynasty, but two days ago, I was very surprise that the Roasted Ox tongue had such a great favour!
It had a very strong beef taste, the OX togur texture was very tender, absolutely full of juice, but we could not found the juice when we cut it into samller pieces. I wonder that the juice was actually the Chemical Effect of the taste buds and the Ox tongue!?
It is best goes with Red Wine.
The Steam grouper was fantasty! Just the right timing for steaming, very light taste of the best virgin Soya Sauce. Put the fish source on top of the Thai Steam Plain Rice...I rate it as the 2nd best steam fish after the Prince...
