So where is those China and Hong Kong companies!?
This is what we need to take a note on why?
Going back in how they evaluate the brand name, they have certain successful factors:
Leadership
Loyal customer
Stability
Multinational market, Local and International market (at least 30%)
Trend
R & D and new technology
IP protection
So from all these brands, we see something common is that they have been working for quite some times and whereas our China and Hong Kong business men are mostly targeting for a comparatively short term Return on Investment.
They do not spending too much time improving the 7 factors, Take for an example, being a number one company in the industry, there are a lot of things that we have to do in order to maintain the No. 1 status and drop the runner up far away!
We have to keep on investing and run the company with high profit margin
Brand name promotion

Answer to your customer on their needs quickly
Kit fit by exercise and cut down the fat.
A 10,000 people company is 100 times slower than a 1,000 people company!
Your weight is killing you as you can not move fast enough with the market!
PS
The CE should not spend too much time polishing on his presentation skill, spend time on the material he has prepared, his packaging of the administrative group, to spend time really on how to improving our livings, our economics, and some of the most important thing Chinese do, care about the old peoples!
