Victoria Station is a Local Penang restaurant famous for it beef steak. I like most its Home Made Oxtail Soup and Rib eye steak, but you have to order for rare cook!
If you order medium, it will be well-done, rare will be medium. This is a standardization issue only. Do not related to the quality of the beef!
