Lantao Trail
This is not in China, but Hong Kong, a dynamic city with a lot of concrete builidngs, skyscrapers, famous for its busy harbour, Aisan economic and commerce centre. However, Hong Konng Countrypark can offer you lot of good scenery and trails for your Hiking/outings...
