Melamine and Food

Melamine in the milk product was discovered has become a dead disease that transmitted through China to Hong Kong, USA, New Sealand, Japan and many other countries....
Well, to certain extent, we have to reduce the known infected milk, and milk by products.
as I have always mentioned, milk is that only found by accident in the Milk inspection programme.
How about your canned food such as the popular Luncheon Pork, Tao Si Lan Yu (fish in fermented soy bean)? They have been added certain perservatives.
Have you noticed that most of the Australian Red wine had also added with perservatives?

All dried food, candies are having some artificial colouring, perservatives... including the common drinks of top one brand in the world.

These are more or less having the similar impact for our health if we consume in a large quanitity.

Our Fruit has a layer of perservatives which was sprayed on before they are ripe...
All farmers are using tons of chemical fertilizers on their corps and vegetables.

Clean them well, remove the skin of an apple if you can, aviod all kinds of can food, candies, and perserved food. Do no take magarine which was made by pumping in hydrogen at certain temperature on vegetables oil, which is more harmful than the butter.

Drink more water as required for diluting all toxics and poisonous substance we take from food, reduce the meat, eat fresh, eat lean, eat less, eat periodically in smaller portion.
Consider cleaning the liver by Essentale!
