An important customer kills the business

There is a small restaurant situated opposite the street of large company which has over 1,000 employees. The restaurant has quite a decent environment, food is good, typically Hong Kong Tai Pai Tong type. Fried noodles, soup noodles, curry, fried rice and most of the food that Tai pai Tong would have...and the price is reasonable as comparing with the near by restaurants or fast food shops. Being enjoying a good location and just 20 metre away from the big company in the opposite building... having potential 1,000 customers. But there is not much business, very quiet!
The reason is partly due to a handful of the top mangement staff is fond of visiting this restaurant because of the good location. These few staff is the very senior staff of the company... so you see why...?

Most of the employees would try to avoid to visit the restaurant as they are not feeling relaxed to take the lunch there...they are feeling pressurized to meet their bosses. So these few customers will act as a firewall stopping their staff visiting the restaurant! No matter how good the food and how good the price is...

The Restaurant should invite me to generate a proposal for 10X improvement for sales!
