iPad
I feel a bit guity to own this piece of toy though it is wonderful to play with as There are made entirely by Foxconn. There were12 lives committed suicide in this company in Long Hua Foxconn factory in Shenzhen this year partly due to stress, pressure on thir work, partly due to their inmature thought about human relationship handling as they are all Post 80's youth. Hope that they lives of these 11 Peoples (1 of them survived) would ring up the bells of Foxconn Top management seriously looking into improvement on the working environment and would reduce the long working hours! Foxconn Taiwan is the work No,1 largest EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) in the world, they have probably 800,000 staff with factoris in Shenzhen Yantai, Shan Shi, Chung Xiang, manuacturer for Apple, Dell and Nokia products...followed by Flextronics Singapore, Jabil USA... My Bond Card Holder
My Card Holder has been using for more than 8 years. made in USA by ACM US Pat. 6412627. It carries the HKID card, ViSA cards.
Has been modified with installation with GPS system to track where It goes, Finger print sensor sysetm for unlock, a mini paint spraying system in case someone tries to open the lock more than 3 attempts in failure. An high Voltage pulse to destroy the data in the card if someone breaks it!

When people resigns, there must had certain reason.
From my experience as service manager for 12 years, these are some of the excuses they told me.
He could not go on trip too frequently.
They do not know when the assignment could be completed and come back HK.
Some one told me that he has no time with girl friend.
They can not carry on further study as they are not in HK.
They thought they are underpaid.
One can not see the career path, he could not see when he could be a service manager or able to be a manager within say 5-10 years.
They are being ignored in the company.
They want to change to other job in the company.
They compared their income with other departments, found out that they are being underpaid!
They did not like the boss’s management style.
There is no travel allowance.
Plus other 50 reasons….
Look at this lady…something we should learn from her. She enjoys the job!

4 Man To be treated as an emotional support besides a financial supporter.
5. Man being suspected has the third one.
6. Women want all the spare time of their men to be devoted to them only.
7. Women’s emotionality.
8 .Women’s never-ending shopping.
9. Women’s talkativeness.
10. Women demonstrates their superiority over men.
11. Women’s fake orgasm.
This is my personal thought about what man dislikes about woman...and of course, nobody is perfect, and partners should learn to compromise and be patient toward each other.

Woman's Heart
The doctor, after an examination, sighed and said, 'I've got some bad news. You have breast cancer, and you'd best put your affairs in order.'
The woman was shocked, but managed to compose herself and walk into the waiting room where her daughter had been waiting.
'Well, daughter, we women celebrate when things are good, and we celebrate when things don't go so well. In this case, things aren't well. I have cancer. So, let's head to the club and have a martini.'
After 3 or 4 martinis, the two were feeling a little less somber. There were some laughs and more martinis.
They were eventually approached by some of the woman's old friends, who were curious as to what the two were celebrating.
The woman told her friends they were drinking to her impending end, 'I've been diagnosed with AIDS.'
The friends were aghast, gave the woman their condolences and beat a hasty retreat.
After the friends left, the woman's daughter leaned over and whispered, 'Momma, I thought you said you were dying of cancer, and you just told your friends you were dying of AIDS! Why did you do that?'
'Because I don't want any of those bitches sleeping with your father after I'm gone.'

Why Employees leave the Company!?
Most of the companies face with the people leaving the company for better prospect, or pay of better working environment, or better respect they can get.
Early this year, Kumar, a senior software designer, got an offer from a prestigious international firm to work in its India operations developing specialized software. He was thrilled by the offer.
He had heard a lot about the CEO. The salary was excellent which is about two times the same offer from other local firms. The company had all the right systems in place employee-friendly human resources policies, a brand new office and the very best technologies even a canteen that served food like the Shangri-la Hotel.
Kumar was sent abroad for some technical training with some of the senior staff working more than 15 years in the company. "My learning curve is the sharpest it's ever been," he said soon after he joined.
Less than four months after he joined, Kumar decided walked out of the job.
Why did this talented employee leave?
Kumar quit for the same reason that drives many good people away.
The answer lies in one of the largest studies undertaken by the Gallup Organization. The study surveyed over a million employees and 80,000 managers and was published in a book called "First Break All The Rules". It came up with this surprising finding: Immediate boss is the reason people stay and thrive in an organization. And he’s the reason why people leave... "People leave managers not companies."
Mostly manager drives people away? HR experts say that of all the abuses, employees find humiliation the most intolerable. Many manager is micromanaging their employees, never tell them what to do whereby give them freeway and chances to make mistakes, and after that blame them not smart enough, every one tends to make mistake ,bigger manager makes bigger mistake naturally.
Two weeks ago, there is a Secondary school teacher ended her life jumping from the window of her school. Just because she could not stand the intangible pressure from school master who scolded her not able sell more lunch boxes to her students! The life of a professional teacher in Hong Kong is valued of a few lunch boxes!
This is the stress that only your staff knows, but not you, You can blame them for their low EQ! But how has such a high EQ since they are borne?
There are a lot good managers work for the same company for more than 30 years., they are the best of the bunch…They will make use of themselves a model for their younger employees as a way to measure their performance. The worst part of it is that they expect the same deliverables as they are!
They earn Hundred Thousands a year whilst you earn few millions, how can you expect they produce the same output as yours?
As the manager ha the supreme power to judge that his employee is doing right or wrong. Once he asks is the bird alive or dead in his hand, his employee answer “Alive”, then he could squeezed and suffocated the bird to dead. On the other hand, if the answer “Dead”, he would open his finger and set free the bird… The employer side is always on the leeward side. This is one of the reasons they feel frustrates they have no way to ask the same question to his superiors.
Different managers can stress out employees in different ways - by being too controlling, too suspicious, too pushy, too critical, but they forget that workers are not fixed assets, they are free agents. When this goes on too long, an employee will quit - often over a trivial issue.

From Thought to Snob
A long time ago, there was an Emperor who told his horseman that if he could ride on his horse and cover as much land as he could, then the Emperor would give him all the area of land he has covered. Sure enough, the horseman quickly jumped onto his horse and rode as fast as possible to cover as much land area as he could. He kept on riding and riding, whipping the horse to go as fast as possible. When he was hungry or tired, he did not stop because he wanted to cover as much area as possible.
Came to a point when he had covered a substantial area and knowing that would be his land, he was exhausted and was dying. Then he asked himself, "Why did I push myself so hard to cover so much land area? Now I am dying and I only need a very small area like 6 Feet by 2 feet to bury myself."
The above story resembles with the journey of our Life.
We push very hard everyday to make more money, to gain power and public recognition. We may have neglected our health, ignore the time with our family and to appreciate the beautiful things surrounding us, hardly had time to build our hobby.
One day while we grow old and we look back, we will realize that we actually don't really need that much, but by then we cannot turn back as we can not make the clock run anti-clockwise!
Life is not just about making money, acquiring power or recognition.
Life is definitely not just about work! Work is only needed as to change for bread and butter (no Margarine) as we have to eat for life. Life is about we have to breathe and be having good eye sight to appreciate beautiful things, golden ear like mine to tell the minute different of the right speaker that has been out tuned causing loss of the rocking double bass.
Take it easy, as I told my colleague we are being cursed by customer with many word starts with “F” in front of their staff for late products delivery, watch them and take it as it is. I used to comfort myself hey, there is no pain. Let them curse till they are tired and they will stop. Who is losing their dignity, not me, but they!
Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character.
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.
Watch your destiny, you will become A Snob.
Be happy man, when the sky falls, it is time to catch the lark!

All about Woman
Over the past 30 years dealing with all kind of people , I think I had managed to probe and test how the woman thinks, and That is an important clue for you to make another move to approach a woman. There are thousand websites teaching you how to pickup a lady, from my experience on all the stupid things I had made and repeated problem in dealing with woman, I think I have something we can share with you.
