1. Able to wear the shoes of his subordinate to think


2. Ignore minor mistake and appreciate good result


3. Fair to every staff with equal treatment/bonus


4. Open minded to listen


5. Accept different idea esepcially good idea


6. Keen on to Change


7. Promote whenever is needed, smart guy does not wait to be old to be promoted!


8. Don’t set too high standard to everyone for promotion. Would you like your boss do the same to you!?


9. Accept people are better than you in certain aspect. You are not Saint.

A few hours later,  HK Snob was borne...came out with his head first, that was a great maternity challenge at that time in Kwong Wah Hospital! He weighed less than 5 pounds, stored in a oxyen tank for two weeks as his parents were told he was too weak to be survived.

This is not any of the primary school teacher’s on the Mathematics.

This is the so called the best matching age for your spouse.

If you are 32 years old, your girl friend should be 32/2+10=26 years old.

If you are 60 years old and plan to get a new girl as your 2nd wife… then her age is best at 40 years old…this is a well balanced matching of age between couples.

I am 52 and my Nth wife is just 36 that are matching this formula perfectly! Ha!


Taiwan people is getting marriage late, man was used to be getting married at a age of 29 ten years ago, woman at 26, now they will marry at an age of 33 for man and 29.2 for woman. Reason is that the standard of living is very high and as an average statistics that the parents have to spend about NTD6M for raising his son till he can enter the University, as an average salary of NTD$100,000 in a family, that might not be high enough to support a son, so more people in Taiwan is proponing the off spring of their new baby.

K11 and The Chinese Restaurant

New K11 Building has been fully in operation, one of the landmark for Hoi Noi Road , Tsim Sha Tsui as some of the apartments on 59 floor is sky roaring at a price of HKD$70,000 a square foot! Who Can buy? it s a good question to me...

The Hyatt Hotel is there and The Chinese Restaurant at the 3rd Floor is the new kicken for Cantonese food and food lovers in that Area. Since the close down of Dynaty, the manager told me that they Have the best Char Siu in Town!

Really? its char siu using more fat than those at Dynasty, a bit sweeter, tender and dark burned a bit to create the unhealthy though the die hard Char Siu Fan will love as a piece of sligtly over burnt Roasted Pork.
With our comment of all the freinds, it is the top of the class, is it No. 1. Well, we have to see if they can maintain the quality consistently.

We will see, pricewise is simialr as Dynasty, you can have a bit more space, the last table at the end of the room gave me a feeling of being HOME for dinner...

You you stop by, you can make a reservation and try...as least the Signature dish Roasted Chicken was really very Good!

Jumbo Floating Restaurant

Jumbo Floating Restaurant has been servicing us for 30 years; it is situated at the tip of Aberdeen, southern part of Hong Kong Island.

The floating restaurant was in fact a ship with heavily decorated with Nine Chinese Gold Dragons at the front entrance, a lot of Chinese empire, palace, fairy made up of thousands colourful tiles as the interior design, A lot of Chinese chandelier. Beautifully Chinese dressed stewardess would lead you to the 3rd Floor for Chinese and 2nd Floor for Western cuisine. Free Shuttle boat to carry you from the pier to the Jumbo Floating Restaurant.

The food is classified normal and seems that the chef has not much favourite dish to serve the exacting guess, snobs and food critics.

However, if you are first time to Hong Kong it is one of the tourist spot for you...The best is after a day tour to Ocean park and then take a taxi to Aberdeen for A relaxing Dinner at jumbo.

Dynasty Restaurant will close the business 1st March

We had a probably the last visit to this most famous restaurant in Kowloon, as they will close their business due to the landlord Mr. Cheng would demolish the Hotel Renaissance by 1st of March, looking for more prominent profit after a new much taller hotel would be completed in two years time.
Today will be the last say of service of Dynasty restaurant after servicing for 28 years, in Hong Kong Servicing most of the exacting guest, celebrities, movies stars and singers, tourists and HK Snob which used to be their regular guests.

Surprisingly, the tables were not full yesterday we can see 80% tables were occupied by Japanese ladies, locals, foreigners, a Table occupied by family of Martin C.M. Lee, the founding Chairman (1994-2002) of the Democratic Party of HK.

We said Good bye and exchanges of our hand phone with most of the people there such that we will meet them somewhere in Hong Kong. They would like to seek this opportunity to take a short break before the next job. Jacky, Peony, Mira, Chuen and Ryan...etc.

We had a plate of the HK’s best Char Siu, some Tou Miu which was selling HKD$100 a catty last week, Chinese new year, beef and Asparagus, Scallop and egg, a soup and A bottle of wine presented from the San Francisco’s celebrity Samuel who just arrived HK from US.

We felt that taste of food was not as good as we used to take. Probably due to the departing atmosphere had already becoming the main theme yesterday.
