1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do
not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few
billion.. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more
cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests
are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached
the detectable size.
2.. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime..
3 When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be
destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple
nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic,
environmental, food and lifestyle factors.
5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing dietand
including supplements will strengthen the immune system.
6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells
and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow,
gastrointestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver,
kidneys, heart, lungs etc....
7.. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and
damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.
8.... Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often
reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation
do not result in more tumor destruction.
9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and
radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence
the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and
complications.
10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and
become resistant and difficult to destroy.. Surgery can also cause
cancer cells to spread to other sites.
11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by
not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply..
*CANCER CELLS FEED ON:
a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one
important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like
NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is
harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or
molasses, but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical
added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos
or sea salt.
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the
gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk
and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being
starved.
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is
acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than
beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth
hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people
with cancer.
d. A diet made of 80%fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds,
nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline
environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh
vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and
reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance
growth of healthy cells.. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy
cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including
bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes
are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green
tea is a better alternative and has cancer fighting properties.
Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins
and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of
digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes
putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.
13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining
from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein
walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy
the cancer cells....
14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence,
Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the
bodies own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements
like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death,
the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or
unneeded cells.
15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and
positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger,
un-forgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic
environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to
relax and enjoy life.
16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment.
Exercising daily and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to
the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to
destroy cancer cells.
1. No plastic containers in micro.
2. No water bottles in freezer.
3. No plastic wrap in microwave.
Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters.... This
information is being circulated at WalterReedArmyMedicalCenteras well.
Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are
highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic
bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.
Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Cast le
Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked
about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not
be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This
especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the
combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the
food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends
using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for
heating food You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So
such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be
removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't
bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use
tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago
some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers
to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.
Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as
dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the
food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt
out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a
paper towel instead.
I , myself has ever a micro wave oven at home!
I do not put bottle of water in a car as the heat energy will dissolve the toxin material into the water.
I Try not using too much hand phone as it will cook my Cheek! Only If in urgent necessary!
I try not take handphone close to my head during the first 3 seconds of dailing.
I never use the phone calling when there is only one battery power indicator bar as that will drive the RFE (radio Frequency Emission) energy 1,000 times more than normal power level.

A taste of Chili at Da Ban Steamboat Restaurant Penang
This is a small but unique restaurant with the Penang's Local Sze Chuen Food!
We had tried some Chinese Sauage with Kan Lan in Cantonese Style, Chili Chicken that does not taste as Hot as real Sze Chuen Cuisine in China, though the chicken slice was cvered with Dried chili.
The Seafood fried noodle has that kind of cooking I like, not oily, the noodle was well fried in wok with the texture of noodle. The Pan Fried Slice Pork, Sze Chuan Sour and Hot soup.
Pig Liver soup was one of my favourite as Liver can provide you extra Vitamin K, a liitle hot as they put slices of ginger. We took Ren Shen Wu Long Tea and took Bird nest as the dessert.
Da Ban Steamboat restaurant was opened by a young lady in 2005,

Gradual Growth of US Economy in 2010
US Economy will recover in 2010 and LED business will be continued to be in prosperity in 2010
Barack Obama A positive sentiment of the US Economy and causes market to go up possibly by 10-30 percent as of 2006-2007 corrected stock levels.
United States Military Expenditure cuts by more than 600 Billion Dollars by calling troops from both Iraq and Afghanistan. US Dependency on oil reduces significantly.
United States expects a mere 2-3 percent GDP growth this year like other years.
If they are saving a lot on mainly the Army it can easily turn things around.US has run into so-called crisis since Sep 15 2008, when Lehman Brothers broke down and that means now people would be using all their skills which will make the competition so strong among US Companies that other companies would have to move to United States in order to have the same benefits. US would end up being a super hub of what its now.
The outlook said economic activity in the US was expected to fall by 2.8% this year, better than the 4% decline predicted three months ago. Growth of 0.9% is forecast for 2010, up from zero in March 2009.
Expansion in developing countries is helping to offset the weakness of the rich western economies, even though growth was lower than during the boom years earlier in this decade.

New research from Deloitte issued today shows that although most major companies surveyed believe that the U.S. economy will start improving in early 2010, many of those same companies will lag behind the general economy when the rebound occurs. The reason: Too much focus on short-term, tactical actions and little attention to structural changes and strategic investments that are needed to support growth in the new business environment.
Approximately 55 percent of companies surveyed feel the U.S. economy will start showing signs of recovery in the first or second quarter of 2010; though 25 percent think relief won’t come until the third quarter or beyond. But, when the upturn does commence, Deloitte believes many companies will struggle to deal with the new economy, which will likely be a completely different playing field from what companies have seen in previous recoveries.

A letter to the young engineers
This was a letter I wrote to the young service engineer as I have seen some of them have been troubled by the following problem. Moreover, because of these issues, they can not travel as they are supposed to… and they are leaving such a good company!
I have some understanding on why they have to leave, and I summarize in the category.
1. Can not travel
2. Have to SETTLE after marriage
3. SEE no vision for promotion
4. They think sales field may be having more prospect
5. Heath issues
6. Further studies
7. Others
As I know that if one can not travel, that is because some how their family may not like his kid to travel so frequently.
I have seen a as that one young engineer who is the eldest son of the family and his mother told him not to travel as she is afraid of losing his son, that is a rather extreme and rare case, any way I told him to make a decision himself and he left finally. I do not have any comment this case as I think traveling is needed no matter what kind of job you are in.
Obama would have planned to visit his neighboring country once he is announced to be the US president, the IT guy has to discuss with the customer for more understanding on the need so he has to travel, Service engineer has to travel as we have a lot of installations. Nowadays, fewer jobs that do not involve travelling at all.
Let’s look at this Earth from farther point of view from say the moon, the Earth is just alike a village and are crossing the river from one tribe to another, that is all, no one know the future and I could like to see that we can travel from Earth to the moon to install a new semiconductor equipment when I am still able to see…
Girl Friend, I can not comment as I had never had any girl friend at all, I saw my first wife for only 7 days, and we entered the government office for Marriage registration, after that she became my wife, No girl friend at all! She is my lovers forever…one.
If a Man can not travel because of the girl does not allow to, you have to think for yourself once more, is that Girl so influential and so important to you!? Even being a hurdle to your career development?
Always there is a saying, A successful man had a lady in behind I always told myself a successfully man had a over-controlling lady in behind, you’d better watch out.
People want to be settled because he wants to see and to meet his wife and keep in eye-vision on his wife perpetually! That is not healthy at all, if she love you and she should stay home and raise your little kid and you have to go for top gear striving your 130% effort on your career, that is a to be a real man. And all you need is understanding and support from her, every a while, when you come back from overseas, bring a little gift an to share you funny experience, that is a way to comfort her and to make the future having more support from her.
No Vision for promotion
One engineer told me that Mr. who and who only gets a promotion after working in ASM for 5 years and I can not wait as 5 year as it is too long… Well, I think there is a wrong interpretation on promotion, and it is odious to compare with other. If there is a man who can get promotion to senior engineer in three year time, will you be able to stay and make this as your target to work? …. If you have this idea, I am glad that you will be soon having higher chance being promoted.
As If you always looking at how good and how bad other people is doing, I am afraid you will have no time to focus to work at all. My suggestion to you… to work out a target with your boss and I am sure promotion is not a big issues once you can show your capability, talent and performance to their superior. Time? It is under your hand!
Sales field seems better than service field. The Sales Engineer is like this…. Meeting with customer, sign a few papers, go out with customer for dinner…. Simple and easy…
This is common mis-understanding on Sales engineer role.
I can tell you that are to certain extent not correct…. Sales people has to have that kind of technical knowledge and some kind of communication capability to talk , to listen and to probe customers, if you think you have the capability, I think your manager will be able to spot out your talent and why should he stops you to perform better as a sales?!
To my understanding, it is simple to deal with machine and it is 10 times more difficult to deal with people. I think all roads lead to Rome, all depends how you like you job and how you devote to you job… to be a Good technical people is always a kind of achievement, we have principle service engineer and we have technical manager like …etc, why don’t you set a target to attain this position!?
Health issue
I think if you have a health issue better watch not as it is too young to get a health problem. Some of us have some heart diseases including overseas service engineers and that is a kind of city disease as the unlucky patient is going to becoming younger.
If we have diseases we have better take care!
Without any health, there is no point to talk about good career prospect at all.
Further Studies
I encourage studies, I always feel regret that I did not study enough., and this is my hurdle for being recognized, but some one told me, the world is the Open University, we learn, exam, test everyday… there are too may information we get learn to get everyday especially this is an internet world, so be open and proactive to learn. There is unlimited knowledge, but all we need is our judgment to filter and pick up the essence of knowledge. Major, formal British PM is secondary school graduate, Johnny Depp is just middle school drop out, but he earns USD$5,000 an hour! you have got the ticket to this party already, so please participate, be performing and be a proactive player…. you will be a star.
Do not make further studies as your hurdle to your career…simply I can say so!
My attitude to career, health and happiness are summarized here, I hope to share with you...
When you are young, you use your health to exchange your money; when you are getting old, you use your money to buy back your health. Difference is that, it is too late!

As I have been working in this company for twenty years. I am proud of myself as I was promoted to senior in about three yeas time, I had been the principle service engineer in the company.
I had been working on a ship in three years… Your so call “Travelling” is NOTHING comparing with the job on board a ship! My mother encouraged me to do so as she said: go out and see the World!

One of the best places for Dinner at Tsim Sha Tsui
Dynasty Restaurant at Renaissance Hotel and Club Intercontinntal Café at Intercon Hotel is the Hong Kong Movie star and singer favourite spots for dinner and social gathering.
Dynasty Restaurant is an Award winning cozy place for Cantonese food; they have the so called Char Siu (roasted pork) which is almost the standard order for most of the guests.
Reservation is required for the Char Siu!
Well, last week we have received official announcement at Yahoo News that the whole Renaissance Hotel and the neighboring Intercontinental hotel will be demolished soon.
So if you have time, you have not been to these places, should consider make a trip going there to taste the top class Cantonese food at Dynasty Restaurant and spend time at Hi team at the Club International Café at Intercontinental Hotel. May be you can meet Jackie Chan, Zhang ZI Yi or Jet Lee there.

Inequality in Hong Kong
Gini Index in Hong Kong
As proof that inequality in Hong Kong has worsened, the Gini index is cited as evidence. The Gini index is a statistical measure of income inequality. The number ranges from 0.000 for perfect equality and 1.000 for perfect inequality.
The two Gini indices being cited for Hong Kong are 0.434 in 1996 (see UNDP) and 0.522 in 2003 (World Bank). The fact that the Gini index went up is taken as proof that Hong Kong has become more unequal.

That indicates the richest group of people earns 51.75 times more than the poorest.

I believe that what even the poorest people in Hong Kong can purchase in terms of goods and services are far above and ahead of the average person in China or Mexico. Thus, the poor people in China and Mexico can be said to suffer from absolute poverty, whereas the people in Hong Kong suffer from relative poverty. This would not be reflected in the Gini index alone.
Some of the single parent’s kid is deeply suffering in poverty; you may not believe that there is someone who has not tried eating a Hamburger in Hong Kong. Yes, there is!!
Well, I heard another kid that has only HKD7.00 a week for his only expenditure, coming with some more richer student fellow, he might be being isolated and this will hurt him, if he can take it positive or his moth could have time to take care this kid, he might spend more time for studying, and hopefully one day he can be having a better education and thence he might have a chance to be independent financially.
Well, how to solve this issue with over 1,000,000 poor people in Hong Kong? That may be a toughest topic for the chief executive!
In my mind there is no short term way to change this phenomenon, unless the top 1 percent of the riches people can donate 10% of their treasure into this society, and this will ease the problem for 5 years, as a long term , we need to rely on the Education, minimum wager control, creation for ore job for the poor even with Government subsidizing, Change a bit on the taxation scheme…Flat rate of 15% is too low for these who make more than 1 million a year!!

AH Stop!
An Officer stops a driver for running a red light. The guy is a real jerk and comes running back to the officer demanding to know why he is being harassed by the Gestapo!
So the officer calmly tells him of the red light violation. The "Motorist" instantly goes on a tirade, questioning the officer's ancestry, sexual orientation, etc., in rather explicit terms.
The tirade goes on without the officer saying anything.When he gets done with writing the ticket he puts an "AH" in the lower right corner of the narrative portion of the ticket. He then hands it to the "Violator" for his signature.
The guy signs the ticket angrily, and when presented with his copy points to the "AH" and demands to know what it stands for.
The Mountie says, "That's so when we go to court, I'll remember that you're an Asshole!"
Two months later they're in court. The "Violator" has such a bad driving record he is about to lose his license and has hired a lawyer to represent him. On the stand the officer testifies to seeing the man run the red light. Under cross examination the defense attorney asks; "Officer is this a reasonable facsimile of the ticket you issued my client?"
Officer responds, "Yes sir, that is the defendants copy, his signature and mine, same number at the top. Lawyer: "Officer, is there any particular marking or notation on this ticket you don't normally make?"
Officer: "Yes sir, in the lower right corner of the narrative there is an "AH," underlined.
"Lawyer: "What does the "AH" stand for, officer?"
Officer: "Aggressive and Hostile Sir."
Lawyer: "Aggressive and Hostile?"
Officer: "Yes Sir?
Lawyer: "Officer, Are you sure it doesn't stand for Asshole?"
Officer: "Well Sir, you know your client better than I do!
...
