HK tradition during the first few days of Chinese new years includes visiting friends, family members whereby Lai See will be given from the elderly to the younger singles.
These are the ten taboo that we should beware when we meet them. Try not to involve these sensitive subject even though you are the senior member of the family.
1. Why you have gain weight so much recently?
2. Why you are still single and I hope you will marry soon, that I do not have to give you Lai See next year.
3. How much did you earn last year?
4. When you will buy a house!?
5. Who you had been with recently?
6. When you plan to have baby?
7. Are you still un-employed!?
8. Do I need to introduce someone fro your daughter!? She may have problem in finding boy friend?
9. When you will be promoted?
10. Where do you stay now?
Some of them may still be OK if you are showing concern to your cousin, nephew but may not be suitable if you ask your freinds' relatives, I think!

Well, I don't know the real cause of the issues.
I think People of HK actually believes a fact that the world is economic driven if you are the minority and you are not the big spender like our brother sister Chinese who came there for volume purchase.
I have seen a Chinese guy who speak Cantonese happened in Salvado Ferragamo boutique Tsim Sha Tsui he pointed to the shoes and asked for all colour they have, no price negotiation, just told them to pack them all.
One Shanghai family of they remember went to HK for shopping HKD$1.5 millions in three day in 2011 Chinese Year.
The Chinese man who spent just 2 hours to buy HKD$6M amount of watch in 2010 Chinese new year.
How do you feel if you run the shop? Well, a poor me went to the Rolex shop ask this and that and never make a purchase the took the catalogue and go to another shop comparing prices…
No One would likely enjoy to work with People of HK for business, of course I don't rule out that there are still a bunches of rich HK people who can afford to spend a large amount of money for Rolex, Louis Vitton, or Chanel, The problem is, they have already these kind of Luxury goods long time already they are pursuing another way of life. If you re in these category of people, you are unlucky or lucky, but I am trying to say is that the average people is not rich and those rich is living another society. As they never need to squeeze into the suffocated MTR train, they need no go into the tram or buses. They seldom go to Taai Pai Tong.

1.Point with finger tip on my computer screen during discussion. That leave a lot of dirty finger prints. Why have to touch on the screen !?
2.Long nostril hair that exposed outside the nose.
3.Put his hands on my suit I rest it on my chair while he is talking to me.
4.Push me by kicking my shoes whiles I am already walking out cabin in an aircraft.
5.Play with the ball pen creating nuisance noise “tick tak” during a meeting.
6.Bad mouth breath and never keep a distance away.
7.Wearing a tie but with his shirt cuffs folded up
8. Wear a branded shoes but never been cleaned for days.
9.Walk out from the restroom with wet hand.

First of all, I am clarifying that I am not a materialist. As People talks about “You are what you eat, you eat what you are…” any Watcher said that You are what you wear” and I have declare as I always mention in my blog, my English is lousy!
What I can see nowadays when I sit at the departure hall of Hong Kong Airport watching those people passing by. What I can notice is that, they might be rich and never have short of money but look at what they are possessing, what they are using, what they are wearing, listening are all below the standard of the 80’s!
That is a bit too much when I say like this.. but look at what we have now… I guess that is the end result of this over developed industrialized commercial world…
Music
Lesser people know, understand what Analogue music produced from the MC cartridge comparing with thee Digital music read by the Laser head. Less then 0.01% of HK people goes to concert for Classic music a year.
Most of the people goes for fast food.
Lesser people now what real good Wanton Noodles are. Now they eat the noodles has a strong Alkaline smell, The wanton is too dry, they dare not use more fat as people may not like to eat for sake of Health. Too much fast food makes you fat.
Wine
People may not know what real good wine is, sometimes expensive one does not necessary gurantee good one, as storage is a big question.
Dress-up
Too many over dressed with brands.
Over-protected will kill them
Many past 90 youth don't know who to cross the road.

HK, a dynamic city, though it has been troubled by the worsening air pollution problem due to the lousy officer who knows nothing about anything but sitting in their office “Fishing” ( a colloquial term meaning “ Sleeping”) though. It is still one of the best ten mostly selected, or recommended placed for visitor in December…
Climate
We had winter sometimes the temperature is about 9-14 Degrees, that give you a winter feeling… Today the Sek Kong Temperature is 7 Deg C and Tsuen Wan is 9 Deg C.
HK is a Dynamic and vibrant City
At Mid of November, most of big buildings, shopping arcades and private firms would spend time in decorating their shop and building with a brisk of Christmas atmosphere…We had a lot of beautiful Christmas decoration which is no the boring Classic Christmas Tree!
Shopping
We would likely have a lot of Sales in major Shops in HK, tourist would not be feeling unhappy when they see their favourite shopping list is being sold at 70% of less when they came here in September.
Food and Eatery
The Food of HK has never disappointed you, only concern is your weight, after a week in HK, you will gain weight 5 pounds guaranteed
Cost of expenses
HK Dollars is pegged with US greenback, a good incentive for European, SEA and Chinese as they get a lot of intrinsic discounts just from Exchange rate itself.
It would be more encouraging if the Hotel Charges of Hotel would be lowered a bit.
Authentic Goods
Most of the luxury brands are actually available in China large City, but when you come to HK, just you go to Canton Road, likely you can get all your beloved branded goods you like in one afternoon, Saving a lot of time..

Now from my personal market studies
80% tourist if from China, and they spend about HKD3,000 per day per head.. that is a lot to boost up HK’s economy.
I think that is why every year, HK is selected as the top 5 city for Christmas visit.

What does it take for a Reason able good hotel for Frequent Traveler.
These are my basic request for a good hotel:
1. Clean spacious room, good large bed and pillows.
2. Air con is adjustable and truly controllable on temperature
3. Quiet environment
4. Door has a damper that does not close with a “Bang!”
5. a bath tube that we can soak in hot water after works, bath salt supply
6. A small Fridge that can some refreshment drinks
7. A massage service that truly make you sleep soundly after works
8. A good choice of breakfast inclusive oat meal, fried eggs, fruits, green tea, Real Butter and bread, toast and good brew coffee
9. comfort room lighting
10. a Flat LED Back light LCD TV that has my favourite channel HBO, Discovery.
11. Iron and iron board
12. Safe Deposit Box
13. a Swimming pool and Gym.
Least but not last, Cheap price for Cheap Snob Like I.

Importance of a good Breakfast

There is some difference between a 3-stars and 5-star hotel, may be there is a larger conference room, 50M swimming pool, a professional gym in the 5-stars hotel. But to a frequent traveler, the most important consideration staying at hotel is Safety, Cleanliness and the breakfast. I don’t need a 5-star hotel as I have brought with me the swimming trunk with me for 9 months,. I had just used it for once! may be 3-4 stars is good for me. It is important for you to rejuvenate yourself after one day’s work visiting customer, meeting people at the conference, and or drinking with business partners. After all it is necessary to have good rest in the bed and wake up early in the morning. All I need is a better room with a better bed with choice of pillow hardness and size!
2nd Important is A good breakfast that would help you mesh into gears in the decision making, concentration and likely the problem solving speed.
I don’t believe that people does not breakfast would work better than the one with a good breakfast, someone says, eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like beggar. It tells the importance of the Breakfast.
Cost saving programme going down to a 3 stars hotel keep the starved In the day likely would make wrong decision in the business that might cost in loss in term of Cost x1,000 times than you stay in a better hotel. Don’t mentioned 1 star hotel., as there is never a way to find 1 star hotel on Earth. As if they call it one star, no one would go into it.
That is no longer called Hotel, they call guest house or inn.

It always come to wrong side

I have been thinking after so many years why I cannot hit the mark six lottery jackpot.
Until recently, I started to check how lucky I am from the daily activities.
When I pick up the socks, I always pick up the left socks first, as I used to wear the Right first. So When I go hiking, I buy those Socks that has labeled R or L on the socks.
Every time when I want to open or close the blinds, I just pull the drawing string by random, everyone knows the chance is 50 50 and I never picked the correct one at first time. There should have some design change to ensure we pick up the right string.. by Colour?!
When I want to plug in a USB drive to the pc, I never care which side is which and do it at random, the result is same, failed in first attempt to insert in right orientation. Orientation means should be equipped on the PC.
When I pick the key of my main door, always I pick the wrong keys- They should go for biometrics Finger Print sensor, no more key.
Moral of the article is.. it will have the wrong choice, so sometimes, we got to be relaxed.And make a right choice in the first trial

The Bottom Old Spice in Red is new Cheap version, whereas the top one was the good original.

You see the Yacht was small, ugly and shamful on teh new one.

Yes, there are cases, I used to used Old Spice After Shave when I was at School back inn 70s.
And that bottle was made of ceramic and it is heavy, beautiful… I always missed the fragrance and the refreshing feeling after I splashed on my face after shave.
Now I went to Long Shing Cosmetics at TST and found the Old spice, when I opened the bottle it is made of light cheap plastic.. Well the price of it isn’t cheap at all.
I feel disappointed already, which I used it this morning and found the old good fragrance was gone, it smell nasty to me…a pungent plastic smell that almost make me vomit!
So I think that Old spice was successful and somehow they changed the Package and even the formula of the After Shave Lotion. It was a failure!
Whereas the 4711, it was as same as it was 40 years ago, so good so nice…
This is a comparisons why big brand can come break down one day because they have been famous and the owner of the company would like to pursue more and high profit by Cost Reduction!!
Hope the big company or big shanzhai could learn on how to sustain a brand name nit by cost reduction, Instead, improving the product carefully using even better material. Especially luxury product.. no one care about the price…they are the Quality of the product. If the Cost reduction would improve the Quality, then go ahead, of better stay as it was made… HK Snob

Moral of the article is
Quality is not easy to be copied, created, in one day, but you can destroyed it in one minute by Cost Reduction. Same for a great Company!

我的妻子因為意外事故離開我身邊已經四年了，我想，妻子留下不會做任何家事的我和孩子，她的心有何等難過呢？我也因為無法兼顧父母雙親的角色而感到挫折。有一天我為了出差，清晨趕出門，無法將孩子打點好就得離開家，正巧前一天有剩下的飯，我熱了蒸蛋，向還沒有睡醒的孩子交代一聲，就出門去了。
為了照顧好孩子飲食三餐的事，我也無力把自己的工作做好。有一天晚上回到家，我只是很簡短地和孩子打個招呼，就因為身體疲累，不想吃晚餐，脫掉西裝之後就直接往床上躺下。就在那個時候，砰的一聲，紅色的湯汁跟泡麵瞬時弄髒了床單和被單，原來有碗泡麵在棉被裡！這小子真是的，說時遲那時快，我即時拿起一個衣架，跑出去，往正玩著玩具的兒子的屁股就打，因為我實在是太生氣了，所以不停地打他。但就在這個時候，他邊啜泣邊說了一段話，使我停了下來。
兒子告訴我說：「飯鍋裡的飯早上已經吃完了，晚餐在幼稚園吃了，但是到了晚上，爸爸還不回來，我就在櫥櫃的抽屜裡找到了泡麵。可是我想到爸爸說不能亂動瓦斯爐，所以我就打開洗澡的水龍頭，用熱水泡了泡麵，一個自己吃，另一個想留給爸爸吃。因為怕泡麵涼掉，所以我就把它放在棉被裡，等你回來。可是因為我正在玩向朋友借來的玩具，所以忘了跟爸爸講。」
我不想讓兒子看到我在流淚，所以衝到洗手間，將水龍頭打開，大聲地哭。過了一陣子之後，我打起精神來，一面哄著兒子，一面也在他屁股上擦藥，讓他上床睡覺。當我清理好泡麵弄髒的床單和棉被後，打開兒子的房門一看，發現他仍舊發出哭泣聲，手裡還拿著媽媽的照片。我把頭靠在房門站了許久，看著這一幕。
自從在一年前發生這件事之後，我為了扮演好媽媽的角色，更加用心地去照顧他。現在兒子快七歲了，不久後就要從幼稚園畢業，進入國小讀書。慶幸的是，兒子在這段時間毫無陰影，很開朗地成長。
就在不久前，我再一次打孩子，因為幼稚園來電話說，兒子沒有去學校，我心裡覺得很不安，所以早退回家，在整個社區裡大聲地喊他的名字，卻是遍尋不著。後來在文具店的門?f，看見他站在電玩的前面，於是我很生氣，又開始一直打他。兒子並沒有說出任何的解釋，只說了聲對不起。後來我才知道，原來剛好是幼稚園要邀請媽媽去
看才藝表演的日子。
發生這些事的幾天後，兒子回家說，他在幼稚園裡學了寫字，從此他經常關在自己的房間裡不出來，很認真地寫字。我看到兒子這個樣子，想到妻子在天國也一定會因為看到他這樣而微笑，我就無法忍住淚水。
時間很快，又過了一年，到了冬天，街頭上都在播放著聖誕節的歌曲，我的兒子卻又闖了一個禍。我正要下班的時候，接到一通社區郵局的電話，說我兒子把一綑沒有寫地址的信，惡作劇地放在郵筒裡。每年到了年底，正是郵局最忙碌的時候，所以這對他們造成很大的困擾。雖然我已決定不再打孩子，但在急忙趕回家後，叫了兒子來，我又忍不住痛打他一頓。兒子這一次只是說他做錯了，卻沒有講出任何理由。我把他推到一個角落，不管了，自個兒跑到郵局領回那一綑惡作劇的信。我把信丟到他眼前說：「你為什麼要這樣惡作劇？」兒子哭著回答說：「這些信是我要寄給媽媽的。」
當時我的眼眶紅了起來，心裡很激動，但是因為在兒子面前，所以我盡量隱忍住沒有表現出來。我接著問他：「那麼，為什麼一次寄這麼多信呢？」兒子回答說：「以前我要把信投進去的時候，因為個兒太矮，所以沒辦法投入，但是最近我再去郵筒時，已經搆得到了，所以我就把以前沒有寄的，一次全部都投進入了。」
我聽了以後，心中一片茫然，不知道該對孩子說什麼話。過了不久以後，我就跟他說：「媽媽現在在天上，以後你寫完信，把信燒了，就能送到天國去。」等孩子睡著之後，我到外面燒了那些信。我很好奇到底孩子想跟媽媽說些什麼，所以讀了其中的幾封信。
而當中有一封信攪動了我的心。
親愛的媽媽：
我很想念你！媽媽，今天在幼稚園有才藝表演，但是因為我沒有媽媽，所以沒有去參加，我也沒有告訴爸爸，怕爸爸會想念媽媽。爸爸到處去找我，但我為了讓爸爸看到我很開心的樣子，所以故意坐在電動玩具面前，雖然爸爸罵我，但是我到最後也沒有告訴他原因。媽媽，我每天都看到爸爸因為想念媽媽而哭泣，我想爸爸也跟我一樣，很想念媽媽吧！但是，媽，我現在已經記不清楚你的臉。媽媽，請你讓我在夢中，再一次能夠看到你的臉，好嗎？聽說把想念的人的照片放在懷裡睡覺，就會夢到那個人。可是，媽媽，為什麼你沒有出現在我的夢裡呢？」
讀完這封信以後，我就開始嚎啕大哭。到底什麼時候，我才能填補妻子的空位呢？

不要加太多班，工作做不完，一定是公司的某些地方出問題了，一定要將問題反應給妳的老闆，一直加班也不見的有用的，請務必要照顧自己的身體，才可以?好疼惜妳的小寶貝。
給已經結婚的男同事：
不要喝太多酒，不要抽太多煙，請問我們的生意，我們的客戶，有比我們的身體重要嗎？
一定要想一想，有沒有辦法做到客人非我們不行，我們的差異化在哪裡，我們是否真的懂客人的心，這比拼命喝酒，還重要，請務必要照顧自己的身體，才可以好好疼惜妳的小寶貝和你的愛人。

Seee how beautiful the Victoria harbors? You can have a lot of place to sit down and relax and enjoy the view, I think this article surely would degrade CNN, and the one who wrote the article should deserve a termination!

Why should we Cut Cost during business down turn!?

Since 15 Sept 2008, the World economy will become so fragile and volatile, very hard to be predicted as it was used to be. Semiconductor cycle has been shortened from 10 years to 2-4 years drastically. However, one should grow together when the market rises and stay calm and sharpen our eye when markets started to fall. However only those who stay fits can run fast and make wise decision to stay healthy. Predictions base on rumor, preliminary non-fact base report which is not able to predict an accurate forecast, drawn conclusion for an early global recession would create chaos, confusions and psychotically infection of being “Bad in Shape” and removing all kind of possibility market will shoot up sharply due to many factors.
Worse case is those who get panic first before everything has come to surface to a real economy crisis or never would become a crisis. Worse case scenario goes to those who had been experienced bad economic climate in 1987, 1991, 1997, 2001. 2003, 2008. Who had told himself learnt to be smart and always bearing words in month as” learn to be slim and get yourself fit, get ready for the coming recession. So series of cost reduction programme started too as reaction in anticipation of the impending economic slump.
Wrong Action during business down turn
Cut investment
Cut cost for meal, entertainment and mileage,
Change cheaper airlines and Hotel
Hiring freeze
Leaving seats left department employees empty.

Cut Bonus and Salary

I believe all sales contribution is from the front line sales and they are so fragile in handling the pay cut, lay off, once this action has been implemented, there is no way to push for more sales when morale is low. See how hungry soldier fight in the war! Mostly they will be killed! We are not saint. There is no way upgrade the airline and hotel after a down grade. They feel being abandoned by the company. There is no way to push for more sales if the Product itself is lousy. If the product is know uncompetitive, why not go for product improvement instead to push for more sales, more lousy products in field means more un-defused-bombs installed at your Customer sites… wait for a BOMM that kill your customer and you!

How many cheque you write a years, well, there are still some circulating of cheque for the commercial sector as having a trace for the transaction record, Plastic cards, online transactions and e-banking will lead to the eventual demise of the cheque But more is going for e-banking. Britain is already laying the groundwork to do away with cheque by 2018. It costs the financial system billions of dollars a year to process cheques... This plays right into the death of the post office.

And I saw ice pellets on trees and grasses on Tai Mo Shan, TVB Was filming at me asking me why I went there, Yes, I told them this is the likely the last Winter in HK., and I took some evident by bring up the Ikon Camera for photo…
Since then I did not see any Cold feeling in winter. The worse was January 2011, I was hiking on Mount. Phoenix whilst my Tissot Touch recorded 4 degree C…. That was classified very Cold already. In my Wardrobe, I do not have any winter clothes. Good Bye Hong Kong Winter!

But I know that mother and father of Hong Kong are tough, as they young generation is expecting more from their parents. A Late Birthday Cake From Ice

It has been 6 months for such cake to be presented by my beloved one… Well, it is never too late for a Birthday Celebration., and as I always say that, Everyday can be your birthday… I still remember that I had my first birthday cake when I was 25. Well that was a hard time in our family…nor it haa not been better even now.. A birthday cake in the 80’s can mean a lot… Usually Poor family has a few boiled eggs and dipped in RED food colouring as major item in birthday dinner.
Still remember that the taste was drooling and we did not know what heck Cholesterol was .. We took them all the egg white and egg yolks.

Some times we have a lot of powerful means in internet we have iphone, Ipad, never out of internet connection to Google, Yahoo,.. Seem his is the era of information overflow… But somehow we have to keep a sharper eye on every minor detail of things we see in life.
As there are still many things that we can not find out from the internet.
When I was young I noticed out that there is a small hole on the tin box of the shoe shinning wax… Why.. This is my thoughts!?
They make a small hole as to release the air when they close the cover during manufacturing? Since the box is air tight.. But on the other hand, the small hole will case the wax to get dry faster?
So every time I buy a box of Kiwi shoe wax, I used a plastic tape to seal the hole… the wax seem never get dry and can be used for many years more.
Sometimes I think that was the purpose of the Kiwi as they know that small hole can speed up the aging of the wax and soon be dried, so that they can sell more… is that Right!? A tricky sales gadget!?
Nowadays people seldom goes into detail of small things in life…. You can ask post 80 kid who can tell you how many types of Japanese brand name of automobile he can tell you…probably less than three!
Or can they tell the two major Aircraft supplier in the world we can see under Cathay Pacific flights? Probably nothing!
Or even what are the major difference between the audio format of LP, CD, and Cassette to a post 70s? No one can…

This new Lisboa casino LED globe was built in 2007, that has been running for 4 years and it seems that there is my 2nd time to visit Macao in the past 5 years, I found that the Grand Lisboa hotel is so beautiful and for Sure that billions of dollars was spent on this building.

The new Grand Lisboa Hotel was connected with a foot bridge to the old Lisboa Hotel which Stanley Ho opened in 1971. The New Grand Lisboa was a design of International architects and interior designers leaded by Khuan Chew who also was the designer for Buri Al Arabs and Four Seasons hotel of Hong Kong.
The property is shaped like a giant lotus flower and opened in 2007 just before Chinese New Year; with 240 gaming tables, 480 slots, and six restaurants.
We could see this new Landmark of Macao with a breathtaking light show from the world’s largest integrated LED screen installed on the Grand Lisboa’s exterior, Ho has clearly upped the ante on his competitors. The LED globe consists of 1.2 millions LED. And 580,000 Swarovski Crystals, and 5,400 pieces of 24-Kt gold plated glasses.
The RGB LED flashed and becoming the local most favourite and glorious Light show from 1800 to next morning, The Lotus leaves shaped roof acts as a Knife on top of the entrances would capture every gamblers entering into the Entrance…

Macao has become the entertainment capital of the Far East the in more ways than one.
Certainly, the clusters of magnificent hotel, casinos, resorts, mall, restaurants, spa, massage palours and show venues that have transformed its landscape in the past ten years exert a power allure. But it's been almost thrilling to simply observe the breathtaking paces of the development of the infrastructures. With each new building striving to nudge the height of luxury just a little higher than the last. Seating beside the Venetian Hotel is the new bigger thing, the 550,000 sqm mega Resort Galaxy Macao. Constructed at a cost of HKD$15.9B. Will soon be commencing for welcoming your visit.
As I had been there just for three days, a bit surprising not to find any interesting point that could make me stay more in Macao, Simply because I do not gamble, all I need to find out is the food, which I did not feel impressed.
So called the oldest street store for beef which they he operated more than 70 years at Peking road near by Metro park hotel I even did not try as for the aroma was not appealing.
We went to a local shop for they recommended Curry beef, I did not like… The Pork Chip Bao which said to be one of the local favourite, the taste is not even better than the Hamburger in MacDonald. I had been to one of the best Wanton Noodles, but the Wanton was not good at all, just can be in par of the ordinary wanton noodle in Hong Kong Local Tai Pai Donng.
I intended to go To To House, but they have been moved to Taipa, so I did not want to go as I was in Rua De Pequim (Peking Street), What I notice s is the almost 95% of the tourist would buy from one particular shop for Macao Delicacies and roasted meat slices, Almond cakes, peanut candies, that tell us the Marketing and TV media does help to promote the selling. We had a dinner recommended by a hotel staff, the food I took is Ox Tail, that is too salty. Well, it seems I had no good satisfaction on my taste buds in these few days, That was not a good trip as I hardly can find a good place for food…
Well, if you do not gamble, do go like to involve yourself in those night life … and if you are not intending to buy watches, then Macao Seems will not be a good place for your vacation.
But I do have some of my deepest thought of This Little place. The Rich Chinese, there are 490,000 Chinese who has RMB10,000,000.. and this number will grow at a rate of 18% a year, where do they spend their Money! Other Than Shopping in HK, so naturally, the Macao!

I am always having a nightmare about the Fiji Mountain that would come to real huge eruption on 18 April at 0200 am. The volcano ashes will shade 40 k m diameter of that area for two weeks into total darkness. That is approx. 2 weeks after and that Will be a series or Earthquake! I hope this will not come true as Japan has been suffered from the March 11 Event that almost hit the heart of every human being on earth. The Japanese is an enormous discipline kind of people, we have to learn from them. And I am sure the case will be in deep trouble in case Hong Kong happen with such kind of earthquake. Hong Kong is going to send one team of profession doctors and psychologist to Japan 1 week to comfort the people who has been suffered from loss of family, members, loved one and friends…. This may be a relief of ten thousand of sharks who may not be killed, as Kesen-numa is a place that used to be the killing field of 90% of the Shark in Japanese Waters. Do not EAT shark fin as if you do so, you are encouraging the Fishermen to kill sharks. I have stopped eating Shark fin many years ago... and I have refused to go for any wedding dinner that they serve Shark Fin Soup at the 2nd Chinese traditional dish to the guests. The shark fin soup makes me think of the horrible scene…as shown… The City of kesen-unma used to slaughter some 315,000 tons of sharks for their hearts and fins selling to these Chinese, Hong Kong, Taiwan…in juts two days of July 2009, The Hong Kong Photographer Alex Hofford witnessed the killing scene himself in Kesen-numa in Miyagi Prefecture. They have “handled” 119 tons of Prionaceglaucaof (噸大青鯊), 10 tons of (Lamnaditropis(鼠鯊), 3 tons of Isurusoxyrinchus( 短鰭尖吻鯖魚), A few tons of Thunnusthynnus (藍鰭金槍魚). The Sharks have no intension to hurt any human… just because the Chinese is likely classified the shark fin is one of the expensive and delicious recipe…There are so many delicious replacement for Shark fin soup in the Chinese Dinner! An unleashing a 13-foot (4-meter) tsunami that washed away cars and tore away buildings along the coast near the epicenter. A HKCU master degree holder had not been able to find a job after 200 interviews, and seems that he had been complaining the society not providing him a right job. Well, if you had not been able to be offered a job after 200 trials, probably you may have to review about yourself what had been missing.

On the Other side of the Earth, Stevens, working in a Software Company for 8 years. Contributing his work quietly in the company. His company closed suddenly whilst his third son came to this world. He needed a job badly. One month later, he went to a software firm for an interview after he saw the ad on papers. The Company informed him for an exam, from his solid experience he passed straight the written test and was informed to attend an interview two days after.

He was confident about his capability in Software development, about through his experience. However when he was asked about the software industry‘s future whilst he has never thought of.. And naturally his interview was failed.

Stevens thought that he was refreshed about the future of the software development and future, though he was not able to be enrolled, he felt that he learnt a lot trough the interview, He picked up a paper and wrote” You Company provided me such a written test, and opportunity of an interview, Though I was not been selected, It makes me aware that there are a lot of things I could learn. I could learn and I learnt a lot, Thanks for your contribution to explore my knowledge. Thanks”

Some of the told me Shanghai is the capital City of China, New York is for USA respectively.
Man, nowadays a sheet of Gradate Certificate is not enough to guarantee you a job at all. All we need is street smarts. We have to know what happens about the World. What we could think of…!

Notes for an interview

1. Understand what the Company is doing before the interview
2. Understand the background, history, vision of the Company
3. Take a pre-study the company before the interview; make sure you should be 10 minutes before the interview.
4. Note the Dress code… White shirt, blue suit would not be a mistake, Causal wear for a job of engineer. Tuxedo is not needed

5. Shake hand with firmness.
6. Wipe you hands thorough before meeting the manager after you had been the rest room.
7. Listen to the question carefully before you answer
8. Stand up when the manager enters the room before you shake hand with him.
9. Knock the door, wait for a permission before you enter the room
10. Make sure you shoe is clean
11. A proper tie would be nice, jean should be avoided for a post of Engineer, Sales Engineer
12. Properly Shave you face, cut your nostril hair. Trim your hair.
13. Avoid to put strong Cologne, it would not help in the score.
14. Speak naturally and slowly, clearly. Maintain some eye contacts occasionally.

A Dinner Gathering at House of Jasmine 18 Feb 2011

There is always a reason to create occassion for Gathering, since last time we had a fair well for one of our Brothers who is assigned to work in the German Hi tech business unit. This is another time that we had another celebration as for two reasons. One of us was promoted to Manager grade M2… and he will have manager room some corner in the company. Second, my HK Snob blog reached over 230,000 page views. With the original purpose of writing the blog was a practice to write more English as someone was criticizing my English was damn poor. Well, I am a Chinese studying in HK, how I can write well of better English? I liked writing since I was in secondary School. Though I had won a lot of prices in the school. Anyway, writing and mailing is different story. What the other saw was that I had some typo, spelling mistakes in the e-mail… That was the reason why I started writing blogs... and I did find that after two years My English has no improvement at all as I am still a Chinese.. What I am writing is Still ChinEnglish… But I see that I could have an improvement between the data Transfer from my brain on to the keyboard… at least 10X faster than I was before….

Someone told me that mark Twain had also making a lot of spelling mistake... like the word “High” and “Height”, sometime she mixed up. But he is a great Writer... His Typo would be meaningful! If I made mistake like that, someone will say… that is crap!

We had a wonderful night as we had a lot of old chaps who know each other more than 10 years... We had a lot of Bull shit, cheap stuff talking, and there 20% involving women, 10% involving the operation of the company, 25% about watches, 10% was related to the two girls beside the table. and other are purely Bullshit… It does not matter, as it is great evening… only I had to leave earlier to join the steam boat with my 2nd Daughter…

We had finally opened the great Bottle which I did have some suspect that would have gone over the top already… It was. And I think we should open it 6 year ago… Anyway this is an expensive bottle of Vinegar after I opened it…So Jim… I am sorry…We should open it 5-6 years ago… The 1990 Caymus can not last for 21 years.

The other three bottles were much better…. And I had had my favorite Crab steamed with Fa Tiu Wine and egg yolk… Served with plain Rice… the Gravy was one of the best@!

When you are Sad, then you could have the feeling on what Tchaikovsky was thinking when he composed this great Music in 1893, The “Pathetique”.
The Symphony No. 6 in B minor, Op. 74, Pathétique is Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's final completed symphony, written between February and the end of August 1893. The composer led the first performance in Saint Petersburg on October 28 of that year, nine days before his death.

The third movement as my favourite portion revolves around two themes, a nervous, jittery motif in the woodwinds and a majestic march originating in the woodwinds. As a march, it is very un-military. Its harmonic structure is established on the tonic and subdominant rather than the more common tonic and dominant. The jittery theme completely gives way to the march theme at the short development. Eventually, the orchestra launches into a full, triumphant chorus of the brass theme at the movement's end, often leading the audience to believe that the symphony is over. I had been to listening to this masterpiece that some of the people clapped their hands at City hall Hong Kong. And the rest of the sheep followed! What a Shame…

The well known wishing tree in Tai Po Lam Tsuen looks after people from all walks of life ensuing good health, good harvest, wealth, peacefulness in society. Being one of the famous attractions in Hong Kong, in Movies and stories. A lot of visitors in Saint Valentine’s day whereby beloved people would become here for all kind of wishes for oneself and his beloved. The original Wishing Tree was camphor situated near by the Lam Tsuen Tin Hau Temple. The Tree Trunk grew hollow because of its age and sick; a bauhinia took over his place becoming the Wishing Tree in the 90’s. The tree was damaged by the burning incense. A banyan tree was planted in the same spot. Whist the new tree was established, People made their wished to the Banyan tree at Lam Kam Road instead. This Banyan tree became more famous that the previous one. In Chinese New year of 2005, a branch fell and we was alert that the tree was sick, after this incident people’s wish was hung on the racks to preserve the tree. Lam Tsuen Wishing Square was established in 2008, This 100 Old banyan tree was donated by Chan Chung, and it was transplanted from Zeng Cheng of Guangdong. As for the past centuries, Chinese are taught to save money and plan for future, as least I was taught by my mother when I was young. American spends their future money, they invented the Credit card, and they buy by installments. They have little saving as comparing with Chinese and or Japanese in the 80’s 90’s.
Now there have been some big changes.

China economy is speculated to be better, 42% of Chinese has their salary increased in 2010, 54% of them would expect their income will be continuously increased. This is a positive driver for expenditures.

In Past three year, 24% Chinese had their TV replaced, whereas there are only 18% in US. 72% of Chinese had a new Hand phone, 62% only happened in US.

One French Security firm had taken a recent survey on 1,766 families in 50 states , and 1, 668 family in 15 Cities in China I including Beijing Shanghai and some comparatively less prosperous cities Wu Han and Cheng Zhou.

We see a trend that the traditional Expensive house was on the Peak, has shifted to those few tall sky scrapers in Tsim Sha Tsui , reason is that we can watch very best part of the Night view of Hong Kong Island and Victoria harbour. People from China are fond of buying those houses in that district. Luxury homes in Hong Kong are defined as those costing at least HK$10 million or bigger than 1,000 square feet (93 square meters).

I always make joke describing that when your girl friend farts, it could smell like Parfum Dior Poison. It became Eau De Francheur three years after marriage and probably smells like the dog feces after 5 years. In other words, so Why don’t we keep our relationship forever as Dior Poison!?

When one woman loves you, she could possibly see “you” only, but not your wife, kids and or everything you go along…Be calm, that Love Fire can be gone in just one trivial trigger of augment or dissatisfaction on you! Time will tell, don’t be hurry.

I Love you, Ice, but how can I betray the one I have told her the same word some 20 years ago in a sudden, I had to plan ahead with everyone wearing smile when we depart with one and marry with you.

The Sinulog festival is one of the grandest and most colorful festivals in the Philippines with a very rich history. The main festival is held each year on the third Sunday of January in Cebu City to honor the Santo Niño, or the child Jesus, who used to be the patron saint of the whole province of Cebu (since in the Catholic faith Jesus is not a saint, but God). It is essentially a dance ritual which remembers the Filipino people’s pagan past and their acceptance of Christianity. This was Sunday 16 Jan 2011. There was the Miss Cebu Pageant, Parade, Vie for the Elegant Crown of Sinulog Festival Queen.

Percival Street is the major street in Causeway Bay, connecting to Gloucester Road in North and Leighton Road in the South. The concourse of the major street at Causeway Bay.
The Alexandra Percival was once the Taipan of Jardine, on of the oldest trading firm in Hong Kong. No.76 shop of 600 square feet hit the record of 380 Millions Dollars, that is an equivalent of HKD$633,333 a square foot. Currently being rent by Rado at HKD$640,000 a month, that is HKD$21,300 a day.
We expected that the new rent will be HKD$1,200,000 a month. 2nd Highest rent is Canton Road 6-8 shop which was has an useful area of 1212 Square feet, that was an equivalent of HKD$700,000.00 a square foot.
So, you can imagine what kind of goods they will be selling there, definitely that is some kind of luxury items.
As expensive as the goods, so as the rent…. So only the landlord is holding up our economy… as what one Wanton Noodle shop keeper said the first 1,000 bowls are only made for the Rent… for that day. What can we do!?

When the Cross harbour tunnel was not built, that was before 1972, This Toilet at the Left side of Tsim Sha Tsui Start ferry was Classified the Busiest Toilet as we have approximately over 16,000 visits a day. Assuming that there are 20 persons in one ferry will visit the toilet, there are approximately 12 ferries a hours. One Ferry each 5 minutes, times 22 hours a day, plus another one 4,000 people from the bus. and 3,000 people from the train station. Plus other 4000 pesdestrains Total 16,280 Visit at the toilet, Now, there is approximately 8 persons per minutes, so totally about x60x22=10,560....

New year Resolution for 2011

Year 2010 has gone into the Galaxy as infinite intangible dusts…
History wheel keeps on rotating and no one can hold for a one second of Pause. New life has borne, and some of us have passed away.

Each year we do hope for a better life, better days, and to do a little better, but there may not have such fulfillment with life and fate to be precisely aligned.

As over all 2010 is a good year. No one can see how it would be for the year 2011. Well, base on estimation, forecast and some tracked data, 2011 will continue be a good year for the HK economy, Gold price will soar high at HKD$20,000 a tael, Hang Seng Index will go up to 33,000 point. We hope there will be no QE3.

Salary of Hong Kong people may have merely 3% increase as an average, far beyond the rate of Inflation. On the First day of January, Cross harbour Tunnel, Gas, Electricity fare has been increased by 10-20%. That is a new burden to the average and poor. Hope The Goernement can do something for the poor.

31 Dec 2010, about 1 million of people was Celebrating on the count down at Tsim Sha Tsui, Times Square, Lan Kwai Fong, inviting friends for gathering, drinks, balls, dinner… Will they stop for a while and think of your new year Resolution?

What Do HK People Do in Train!?

This was the picture I took at 0700 on the MTR, you can see that People of Hong Kong are so TIRED and 90% of them are actually falling into sleep.
Partly you may think that they had spent whole night at Time Square count-down at mid night. Every time I went to Hiking on Saturday or Sunday morning, we can expect to se the same scene.
The question to me is that why they are so tired!?
I guess that the have no time to sleep, and 70% of HK people sleep before 1130.

I think less than 15% of the people sleep before 1100. And mostly they are silver hair seniors. I think more than 10% sleep after 0100.
Their favourite things to do in the train:

Oddest thing I saw on train
A mother of a 2 year old child put a newspaper on the seat and ready to let her kid to shit. Yet we should appreciate her as she did care about public hygienic care using newspaper, at least. The entire neighboring passenger was hysterically shocked and ran away.

Old lady break the whole bag morning sprout with her finger and save the good one on a plastic bag and put the waste on another, she occupied three seats with each of the plastic bad on her left and right. She did this for about 20 minutes.

We believe that the consumer goods market is hot in the Christmas, as according to immigration estimation that there will be 10 Millions people transiting in Hong Kong during the Christmas Holiday. There will be more than 70% are Mainland Chinese to spend their money in Shopping. They like to buy whatever they think Hong Kong is best for, like watches, clothes and jewelry. I heard that Chow Tai Fook has opened the 1,000 shops recently including those in China. The Data was 400 only two year ago. That must be driven by such big market. Well, the restaurant was not as crowded as I thoughts, may be Where I was going was Japanese Restaurants, the Western food buffet and Chinese food is still the major favorite food in Christmas, According to the restaurant unions said there will be approx. 300 Millions dollars expenditure every day for the Hong Kong restaurants. So eating and Shopping seems the best programme for the Chinese Visitor, but all we need is this kind of Super Spender, This China man came to Hong Kong to empty his pocket with HKD$700,000 in three days. That is not too much if he buys a Tourbillion Watch but if he spends for hand bag clothes, and other electronics goods, I think that he might take 20-30 kilo of goods back to China. How the case has been reversed, when you entered the Louis Vitton stores in Hong Kong some year ago, probably you still can ask the sales woman in Cantonese for the bag you like to see before the purchase. Now if you do so, no one would likely respond you in first priority unless you speak in Mandarin.
Why, because likely Hong Kong people is losing their competitive edge in buying those branded goods in Hong Kong such as Louis Vitton, Chanel, Gucci, Rolex, Cartier, Roger Dubuis, Audemars Piguet, Piaget, Frank Muller, Burberry, Hermes, Prada, Tiffany and Armani.

As from the HKTA data, there are approximately 30 millions visitors in Hong Kong and there are over 70% is from China, they like to purchase these goods, and some of them they don’t negotiate much on the price. A 15-YEAR-OLD Singaporean manda Chong competing against 16 to18-year-olds, has won the top prize in a annual Commonwealth Essay Competition writing contest that drew 5,300 entries from 52 countries.

Amanda Chong of Raffles Girls' School (Secondary) chose to compete in the older category and won with a piece on the restlessness of modern life
It’s a very short story with many dreams hidden within each sentence!

What the Modern Woman Wants...

The old woman sat in the backseat of the magenta convertible as it careened down the highway, clutching tightly to the plastic bag on her lap, afraid it may be kidnapped by the wind.

She was not used to such speed, with trembling hands she pulled the seat belt tighter but was careful not to touch the patent leather seats with her callused fingers, her daughter had warned her not to dirty it, 'Fingerprints show very clearly on white, Ma.' Her daughter, Bee Choo, was driving and talking on her sleek silver mobile phone using big words the old woman could barely understand.
Finance', 'Liquidation', 'Assets', 'Investments'... Her voice was crisp and important and had an unfamiliar lilt to it.
Her Bee Choo sounded like one of those foreign girls on television. She was speaking in an American accent. The old lady clucked her tongue in disapproval...
'I absolutely cannot have this. We have to sell!' Her daughter exclaimed agitatedly as she stepped on the accelerator; her perfectly manicured fingernails gripping onto the steering wheel in irritation.

'I can't DEAL with this anymore!' she yelled as she clicked the phone shut and hurled it angrily toward the backseat. The mobile phone hit the old woman on the forehead and nestled soundlessly into her lap. She calmly picked it up and handed it to her daughter.

'Sorry, Ma,' she said, losing the American pretence and switching to Mandarin. 'I have a big client in America . There have been a lot of problems.'

The old lady nodded knowingly. Her daughter was big and important.

Bee Choo stared at her mother from the rear view window, wondering what she was thinking. Her mother's wrinkled countenance always carried the same cryptic look.

The phone began to ring again, an artificially cheerful digital tune, which broke the awkward silence.

'Hello, Beatrice! Yes, this is Elaine.'

Elaine. The old woman cringed. I didn't name her Elaine. She remembered her daughter telling her, how an English name was very important for 'networking', Chinese ones being easily forgotten.
'Oh no, I can't see you for lunch today. I have to take the ancient relic to the temple for her weird daily prayer ritual.'
Ancient Relic. The old woman understood perfectly it was referring to her. Her daughter always assumed that her mother's silence meant she did not comprehend.
'Yes, I know! My car seats will be reeking of joss sticks!'
The old woman pursed her lips tightly, her hands gripping her plastic bag in defence. The car curved smoothly into the temple courtyard. It looked almost garish next to the dull sheen of the ageing temple's roof.
The old woman got out of the back seat, and made her unhurried way to the main hall. Her daughter stepped out of the car in her business suit and stilettos and reapplied her lipstick as she made her brisk way to her mother's side.

'Ma, I'll wait outside.. I have an important phone call to make,'

she said, not bothering to hide her disgust at the pungent fumes of incense.

The old lady hobbled into the temple hall and lit a joss stick, she knelt down solemnly and whispered her now familiar daily prayer to the Gods.

'Thank you God of the Sky, you have given my daughter luck all these years. Everything I prayed for, you have given her. She has everything a young woman in this world could possibly want.

'She has a big house with a swimming pool, a maid to help her, as she is too clumsy to sew or cook. Her love life has been blessed; she is engaged to a rich and handsome angmoh man.

'Her company is now the top financial firm and even men listen to what she says... She lives the perfect life. You have given her everything except happiness. I ask that the gods be merciful to her even if she has lost her roots while reaping the harvest of success.What you see is not true, she is a filial daughter to me. She gives me a room in her big house and provides well for me. She is rude to me only because I affect her happiness. A young woman does not want to be hindered by her old mother. It is my fault.'

The old lady prayed so hard that tears welled up in her eyes.
Finally, with her head bowed in reverence she planted the half-burnt joss stick into an urn of smoldering ashes.

She bowed once more. The old woman had been praying for her daughter for thirty-two years. When her stomach was round like a melon, she came to the temple and prayed that it was a son.
Then the time was ripe and the baby slipped out of her womb, bawling and adorable with fat thighs and pink cheeks, but unmistakably, a girl. Her husband had ticked and punched her for producing a useless baby who could not work or carry the family name.
Still, the woman returned to the temple with her new-born girl tied to her waist in a sarong and prayed that her daughter would grow up and have everything she ever wanted.

Her husband left her and she prayed that her daughter would never have to depend on a man. She prayed every day that her daughter would be a great woman, the woman that she, meek and uneducated, could never become.
A woman with 'neng kan'; the ability to do anything she set her mind to. A woman who commanded respect in the hearts of men. When she opened her mouth to speak, precious pearls would fall out and men would listen.

She will not be like me, the woman prayed as she watched her daughter grow up and drift away from her, speaking a language she scarcely understood.

She watched her daughter transform from a quiet girl to one who openly defied her, calling her laotu, old fashioned.... She wanted her mother to be 'modern', a word so new there was no Chinese word for it.

Now her daughter was too clever for her and the old woman wondered why she had prayed like that. The Gods had been faithful to her persistent prayer, but the wealth and success that poured forth so richly had buried the girl's roots and now she stood faceless with no identity, bound to the soil of her ancestors by only a string of origami banknotes.

Her daughter had forgotten her mother's value. Her wants were so ephemeral, that of a modern woman. Power, wealth, access to the best fashion boutiques and yet her daughter had not found true happiness. The old woman knew that you could find happiness with much less.

When her daughter left the earth, everything she had would count for nothing. People would look to her legacy and say that she was a great woman but she would be forgotten once the wind blows over, like the ashes of burnt paper convertibles and mansions.

The old woman wished she could go back and erase all her big hopes and prayers for her daughter now that she had looked out of the temple gates. She saw her daughter speaking on the phone, her brow furrowed with anger and worry. Being at the top is not good, the woman thought, there is only one way to go from there –down.

The old woman carefully unfolded the plastic bag and spread out a packet of beehoon in front of the altar. Her daughter often mocked her for worshiping porcelain Gods. How could she pray to them so faithfully and expect pieces of ceramic to fly to her aid?
But her daughter had her own gods too, idols of wealth, success and power that she enslaved to and worshiped every day of her life.

She met her daughter outside the temple, the same look of worry and frustration was etched on her daughter's face.

An empty expression, as if she was ploughing through the soil of her wants looking for the one thing that would sown the seeds of happiness.

They climbed into the convertible in silence and her daughter drove along the highway, this time not to fast as she had done before.

‘Ma,’ Bee Choo finally said. 'I don't know how to put this. Mark and I have been talking about it and we plan to move out of the big house. The property market is good now, and we managed to get a buyer willing to pay us seven million for it. We decided we'd prefer a cosier penthouse apartment instead. We found a perfect one in Orchard Road. Once we move into our apartment, we plan to get rid of the maid, so we can have more space to ourselves...'

The old woman nodded knowingly. Bee Choo swallowed hard.
'We'd get someone to come in to do the housework and we can eat out – but once the maid is gone, there won't be anyone to look after you. You will be awfully lonely at home and, besides that the apartment is rather small. There won't be space. We thought about it for a long time, and we decided the best thing for you is if you moved to a Home. There's one near Hougang – it's a Christian home and a very nice one.'
The old woman did not raise an eyebrow.

'I"ve been there, the matron is willing to take you in. It's beautiful with gardens and lots of old people to keep you company! Hardly have time for you, you'd be happiernnnnnnnnnnere. You'd be happier there, really.' her daughter repeated as if to affirm herself.

This time the old woman had no plastic bag of food offering to
cling tightly to, she bit her lip and fastened her seat belt, as if it would protect her from a daughter who did not want her anymore. She sunk deep into the leather seat, letting her shoulders sag and her fingers trace the white seat.

'Ma,' her daughter asked, searching the rear view window for her mother. 'Is everything okay?
What had to be done, had to be done. 0o
'Yes' she said firmly, louder than she intended, 'if it will make you happy,' she added more quietly.

‘It's for you, Ma! You will be happier there. You can move there tomorrow, I already got the maid to pack your things.'
Elaine said triumphantly, mentally ticking yet another item off her agenda.

I knew everything would be fine.' Elaine smiled widely; she felt liberated. Perhaps getting rid of her mother would make her happier...

She had thought about it. It seemed the only hindrance in her pursuit of happiness. She was happy now. She had everything a modern woman ever wanted; money, status, career, love, power and now freedom without her mother and her old-fashioned ways to weigh her down...Yes she was free. Her phone butted urgently, she picked it up and read the message, still beaming from ear to ear.

'Stock 10% increase.'

Yes, things were definitely beginning to look up for her and while searching for the meaning of life in the luminance of her hand phone screen, the old woman in the backseat became invisible and she did not see her in tears.

I still recalled that in 1992, the boss of the company asked me to tell him how much I wanted a salary raise!? Have you seen such a kind of “good Boss”?
Nowadays, the market is becoming mature. The Demand and Supply for working force is less than one. It is almost impossible or very difficult to get a raise out of a tight-fisted company. But that doesn’t mean nothing can’t be done. You’ll just have to work a little harder for your salary bump.

So how can you get company to cough up more cash even though economic conditions are tough?

• Wrangle References– This is an area where having an effective networking style can really pay off. Asking your current customers, co-workers for a few kind words about your performance isn’t just useful during a hunt for new work. It can be a powerful tool in moving up your current career ladder, as well. You don’t have to be transparent in your reason for asking; a simple “Would you mind sending an email with your thoughts on our working relationship?” will do. Save the best in a file to arm yourself with at your next performance review or compensation discussion.

• Value Added – Often, it’s not about what they hire you to do that matters. If you are especially well-connected, possess a task or skill that puts you at a unique advantage, or have a willingness to perform beyond your peers (24/7 availability, maybe?), it’s something that you should be paid well for. Arcelor-Mittal Steel, feeling it was time for a shakeup, hired a new CEO.

The new boss was determined to rid the company of all slackers.

On a tour of the facilities, the CEO noticed a guy leaning against a wall.
The room was full of workers and he wanted to let them know that he meant business. He asked the guy, "How much money do you make a week?"

A little surprised, the young man looked at him and said, "I make $400 a week. Why?"

This story reminds me that most of the senior managers are managing peolple by perception.
They have only fragments of imprpession of what you did in the past in their mind, they will forget those good one and remember those bad things. So if you did 100 good things, and one bad things. Your boss will only registers you are 100% bad as you had only bad things in his mind.

From Ugly Truth a romantic drama movie that I found that there is some similarity of Mike Chadway (Gerard Butler). Though this is muscular, tall and handsome whilst I am stocky, fat and rather unpleasant appearance had certain similarity in the way to prove our theories on relationship to find true love.

In my humble opinion, a Prada woman should note these 5 points:

1. She Should laugh at the time, does not exclude fake laughter that is catalyst to work with different types of people.
2. Do not criticize man in fact man should not also criticize woman.
3. She should always dress up properly, emphases her beautiful portion and camouflage those unpleasant areas of your body.
4. Point Tail is not advised as this is the look of house wife or old virgin. Not so many faces are looking great with short hair.
