Wireless- part of Everday Life: 2001 Centenary 2 pounds Coin

100th Anniversary of Marconi's 1st Wireless Transmission across the Atlantic.
Radio waves decorating centre and outer border while a spark of electricity linking the zeros of the date represents the generation of the signal designed by Robert Evans.
Guglielmo Marconi, with support of Italy in 1896, aged 21, came to England to conduct vital experiments, to file his first wireless patent and to set up in 1987, the world’s first wireless company. Before the turn of the century messages ha d been exchanged between Queen Victoria at Osborne House and the Prince of Wales on the Royal yacht, By June 1901. in the further range of tests, one form Wimereux to Chelmsford and another from Cornwall to Crookhaven, Marconi had crossed both the English channel and the Irish Sea by wireless. His next step was to bridge the Atlantic and m in doing so, he changed the face of the world forever.
Nowhere was the important fo wireless telegraphy more poignantly borne out than in 1912, the 703 survivors of the Titanic owing their lives, according to official opinion, to One Man, Mr. Marconi…and his wonderful invention.

Life is getting Worse

First of all, I am clarifying that I am not a materialist. As People talks about “You are what you eat, you eat what you are…” any Watcher said that You are what you wear” and I have declare as I always mention in my blog, my English is lousy!
What I can see nowadays when I sit at the departure hall of Hong Kong Airport watching those people passing by. What I can notice is that, they might be rich and never have short of money but look at what they are possessing, what they are using, what they are wearing, listening are all below the standard of the 80’s!
That is a bit too much when I say like this.. but look at what we have now… I guess that is the end result of this over developed industrialized commercial world…
Lesser people know, understand what Analogue music produced from the MC cartridge comparing with thee Digital music read by the Laser head. Less then 0.01% of HK people goes to concert for Classic music a year.
Most of the people goes for fast food.
Lesser people now what real good Wanton Noodles are. Now they eat the noodles has a strong Alkaline smell, The wanton is too dry, they dare not use more fat as people may not like to eat for sake of Health. Too much fast food makes you fat.
People may not know what real good wine is, sometimes expensive one does not necessary gurantee good one, as storage is a big question.
Too many over dressed with brands.
Over-protected will kill them
Many past 90 youth don't know who to cross the road.

HK is the best selected place for Visitor in Chritmas

HK, a dynamic city, though it has been troubled by the worsening air pollution problem due to the lousy officer who knows nothing about anything but sitting in their office “Fishing” ( a colloquial term meaning “ Sleeping”) though. It is still one of the best ten mostly selected, or recommended placed for visitor in December…
We had winter sometimes the temperature is about 9-14 Degrees, that give you a winter feeling… Today the Sek Kong Temperature is 7 Deg C and Tsuen Wan is 9 Deg C.
HK is a Dynamic and vibrant City
At Mid of November, most of big buildings, shopping arcades and private firms would spend time in decorating their shop and building with a brisk of Christmas atmosphere…We had a lot of beautiful Christmas decoration which is no the boring Classic Christmas Tree!
We would likely have a lot of Sales in major Shops in HK, tourist would not be feeling unhappy when they see their favourite shopping list is being sold at 70% of less when they came here in September.
Food and Eatery
The Food of HK has never disappointed you, only concern is your weight, after a week in HK, you will gain weight 5 pounds guaranteed
Cost of expenses
HK Dollars is pegged with US greenback, a good incentive for European, SEA and Chinese as they get a lot of intrinsic discounts just from Exchange rate itself.
It would be more encouraging if the Hotel Charges of Hotel would be lowered a bit.
Authentic Goods
Most of the luxury brands are actually available in China large City, but when you come to HK, just you go to Canton Road, likely you can get all your beloved branded goods you like in one afternoon, Saving a lot of time..
China Riches…
Now from my personal market studies
80% tourist if from China, and they spend about HKD3,000 per day per head.. that is a lot to boost up HK’s economy.
I think that is why every year, HK is selected as the top 5 city for Christmas visit.

Importance of a good Breakfast

There is some difference between a 3-stars and 5-star hotel, may be there is a larger conference room, 50M swimming pool, a professional gym in the 5-stars hotel. But to a frequent traveler, the most important consideration staying at hotel is Safety, Cleanliness and the breakfast. I don’t need a 5-star hotel as I have brought with me the swimming trunk with me for 9 months,. I had just used it for once! may be 3-4 stars is good for me. It is important for you to rejuvenate yourself after one day’s work visiting customer, meeting people at the conference, and or drinking with business partners. After all it is necessary to have good rest in the bed and wake up early in the morning. All I need is a better room with a better bed with choice of pillow hardness and size!
2nd Important is A good breakfast that would help you mesh into gears in the decision making, concentration and likely the problem solving speed.
I don’t believe that people does not breakfast would work better than the one with a good breakfast, someone says, eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like beggar. It tells the importance of the Breakfast.
Cost saving programme going down to a 3 stars hotel keep the starved In the day likely would make wrong decision in the business that might cost in loss in term of Cost x1,000 times than you stay in a better hotel. Don’t mentioned 1 star hotel., as there is never a way to find 1 star hotel on Earth. As if they call it one star, no one would go into it.
That is no longer called Hotel, they call guest house or inn.
Only wise management knows the secret of success, only poor Shanzhai struggles to survive by control necessary spending. Of course, this is the idea of a Snob, or why should I call myself a snob!?

Your Subordinate Today might become your Boss Tomorrow

A bird's eye view above nice of France may reveal the finance situation in Europe.
Passenger ship at bottom is leaving berth and without any tug boat stand by on her bow, perhaps there is no pilot onboard as well and the skipper takes the helm by himself to save every dollar for the company!

The top one just arrived and with very few bus coaches waiting alongside to take the tours.
Freighter on right is topped with yachts and catamarans, the owners could not afford a team of crew to sail his boat and have to take a public bus.
Are they poor?
Maserati new sport-utility vehicle was one of the most sought-after models at the Frankfurt car show this week and Ferrari SpA predicted record sales as executives said ultra-luxury remains recession-proof. Sales of the main high-end European luxury brands -- Maserati, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley, Rolls-Royce and Aston Martin -- will rise 19 percent this year to 28,090 vehicles, and gain another 13 percent in 2012. The rich have gotten richer and the number of millionaires in emerging countries is really growing so the demographic trend is very positive” for the ultra-luxury car makers.
Rolls-Royce Record: Rolls-Royce owned by BMW expects in 2011 to break last year’s sales record of 2,711 cars & China may overtake the U.S. as its top market.
Bentley Convertible : Bentley Motors whose customers include Queen Elizabeth II and the Sultan of Brunei, rolled out an updated version of the Continental GTC convertible with deliveries of the 575-horsepower model starting before the end of 2011.

The world has changed, Black people can be the US President, The Poor people once was supported by People of HK some 20 years ago are now the largest buyer of HK's real estate and properties!
Once the Riches now has becomes the poor. Once the Poor now is able to buy the properties of Italy to prevent it going into Bankrupt. So Today, don’t look down anyone in the street, they might be your boss Tomorrow!

It always come to wrong side

I have been thinking after so many years why I cannot hit the mark six lottery jackpot.
Until recently, I started to check how lucky I am from the daily activities.
When I pick up the socks, I always pick up the left socks first, as I used to wear the Right first. So When I go hiking, I buy those Socks that has labeled R or L on the socks.
Every time when I want to open or close the blinds, I just pull the drawing string by random, everyone knows the chance is 50 50 and I never picked the correct one at first time. There should have some design change to ensure we pick up the right string.. by Colour?!
When I want to plug in a USB drive to the pc, I never care which side is which and do it at random, the result is same, failed in first attempt to insert in right orientation. Orientation means should be equipped on the PC.
When I pick the key of my main door, always I pick the wrong keys- They should go for biometrics Finger Print sensor, no more key.
Moral of the article is.. it will have the wrong choice, so sometimes, we got to be relaxed. And make a right choice in the first trial

If one gets famous , it is time for it to go failure

The Bottom Old Spice in Red is new Cheap version, whereas the top one was the good original.

You see the Yacht was small, ugly and shamful on teh new one.

Yes, there are cases, I used to used Old Spice After Shave when I was at School back inn 70s.
And that bottle was made of ceramic and it is heavy, beautiful… I always missed the fragrance and the refreshing feeling after I splashed on my face after shave.
Now I went to Long Shing Cosmetics at TST and found the Old spice, when I opened the bottle it is made of light cheap plastic.. Well the price of it isn’t cheap at all.
I feel disappointed already, which I used it this morning and found the old good fragrance was gone, it smell nasty to me…a pungent plastic smell that almost make me vomit!
So I think that Old spice was successful and somehow they changed the Package and even the formula of the After Shave Lotion. It was a failure!
Whereas the 4711, it was as same as it was 40 years ago, so good so nice…
This is a comparisons why big brand can come break down one day because they have been famous and the owner of the company would like to pursue more and high profit by Cost Reduction!!
Hope the big company or big shanzhai could learn on how to sustain a brand name nit by cost reduction, Instead, improving the product carefully using even better material. Especially luxury product.. no one care about the price…they are the Quality of the product. If the Cost reduction would improve the Quality, then go ahead, of better stay as it was made…
HK Snob

Moral of the article is
Quality is not easy to be copied, created, in one day, but you can destroyed it in one minute by Cost Reduction. Same for a great Company!

HK's Avenue of Stars was rated as one of the World's 12 worst tourist traps by CNN!

HK’s Avenue of Stars was rated as one of the World's 12 worst tourist traps by CNN!
Original Article written as”
Built in 2004, this one is designed with mainland Chinese tourists in mind. You’ll find them here in droves, led by flag-toting tour guides as they stumble toward the promenade’s highlight, a statue of Bruce Lee in kung fu pose, while mall music blurps out from tiny speakers. A lack of comfortable resting areas and focus on souvenir photo booths makes the whole experience about as satisfying as a sneeze that doesn't quite come out.”
My Comment
Being a HK Citizen who have been traveled over 100 different place in the world, I think the article was shallow and unthoughtfulness, have you seen the night view along the Avenue of Stars at night? Seee how beautiful the Victoria harbors? You can have a lot of place to sit down and relax and enjoy the view, I think this article surely would degrade CNN, and the one who wrote the article should deserve a termination!

Why should we Cut Cost during business down turn!?

Since 15 Sept 2008, the World economy will become so fragile and volatile, very hard to be predicted as it was used to be. Semiconductor cycle has been shortened from 10 years to 2-4 years drastically. However, one should grow together when the market rises and stay calm and sharpen our eye when markets started to fall. However only those who stay fits can run fast and make wise decision to stay healthy. Predictions base on rumor, preliminary non-fact base report which is not able to predict an accurate forecast, drawn conclusion for an early global recession would create chaos, confusions and psychotically infection of being “Bad in Shape” and removing all kind of possibility market will shoot up sharply due to many factors.
Worse case is those who get panic first before everything has come to surface to a real economy crisis or never would become a crisis. Worse case scenario goes to those who had been experienced bad economic climate in 1987, 1991, 1997, 2001. 2003, 2008. Who had told himself learnt to be smart and always bearing words in month as” learn to be slim and get yourself fit, get ready for the coming recession. So series of cost reduction programme started too as reaction in anticipation of the impending economic slump.
Wrong Action during business down turn
Cut investment
Cut cost for meal, entertainment and mileage,
Change cheaper airlines and Hotel
Hiring freeze
Leaving seats left department employees empty.
Share hotel rooms
Cut Bonus and Salary
Lay off
I believe all sales contribution is from the front line sales and they are so fragile in handling the pay cut, lay off, once this action has been implemented, there is no way to push for more sales when morale is low. See how hungry soldier fight in the war! Mostly they will be killed! We are not saint. There is no way upgrade the airline and hotel after a down grade. They feel being abandoned by the company. There is no way to push for more sales if the Product itself is lousy. If the product is know uncompetitive, why not go for product improvement instead to push for more sales, more lousy products in field means more un-defused-bombs installed at your Customer sites… wait for a BOMM that kill your customer and you!
I believe one thing: be proactive, treat your staff as important as your left and right hand, treat them with respect …the above actions will have serious bad effect hat everyone knows but every top management usually ignore, as they do go for short terms result which I agree is excellent in short term return result. But the long term harm is Serious!
A wiser action would be during business down turn
Hiring good people
Improve product quality determinedly
Re-engineering for better efficiency
Active Expansion by A & M (lower cost)
Incentive for sales by promotion of morale either by salary adjustment and or increase of bonus
Work with Difficult customer at this time as to build up better relationship, or to repair bad relation when you could not deliver when business was too good!
Work with customer as partner to co-develop mew product
Promotion of high caliber people to lead up the team for more sales
Train the sales team in product sales, Organize more seminar with customer for promotion.
Company earn money by investment, money can not be earned by saving! Wrong concept!
Cost Control, not cost cut, Cost control is a perpetual process, not in bad business time.

HK First two Hydrofoils running between HK and Macao

Santa Maria

Madeira and Santa Maria, was the first Hydrofoil running by Fareast Shipping between HK and Macao in 1970’s
Madeira was launched in Feb 1975, Santa Maria was in Jun 1975. Santa Maria and Madeira were first 2 boats built for far east hydrofoil and the legs were specially cut shorter to suit the shallow waters in Macau channel in 1970's and until today, the complete fleet still in service despite the huge fuel consumption of 2 jet engines. They are the most beautiful boat ever built especially when she is making roll turn, the pose is so elegant. Comment by Boat Lover;Yet Fu.
They have been carrying many people from HK to Macao during week ends with Sweet dreams, however most of them 96% of them came back with empty pockets. In the 70 there was only Lisboa, and now there are so many new casinos in Macao.
Macao runs their economy by Casino, night life, sight seeing... from 70-90, 80% of the tourist is from HK, nowadays, 60% is from China, and 20% is from HK and rest are from SEA. Gambler throwing token valued HKD$10,000 each is 90% Chinese!

ShangHai Song Jiang Beauty Spot Hotel

This Hotel is built alongside the 100 Metre deep quarry. The innovative design of the 400-bed resort hotel stands up on the hill with falls.
It will incorporate conference facilities for up to 1,000 people, restaurants, cafés, sports facilities and a banqueting centre. Sustainability is integral to the design ranging from using green roofing for the structures above the ground level to geothermal energy extraction.
Atkins has won an international design competition for this a five-star resort hotel located in the Songjiang district near Shanghai.
An aquatic theme runs through the design both visually and functionally. Two underwater levels will house a restaurant and guestrooms facing a ten-metre deep aquarium. The lowest level of the hotel will contain a leisure complex with a swimming pool and water-based sports.
An extreme sports centre for activities such as rock climbing and bungee jumping will be cantilevered over the quarry and accessed by special lifts from the water level of the hotel.
One Draw back is that there is only one side of the hotel and that the other is facing hillside, limited usage of light and space.
It is innovative
, bold and design injected with new concepts for a resort Hotel!

6 Big Lies from the Big Company

Employees are our Valuable Asset
No! That is not true, when there is market slow down, when purchase order is not coming. They have to cut expenses; they would like to impose layoffs, as this will immediate increase the profit margin. When the profit goes up, they will put it last to consider salary raise for their employees, despite, the first thing they do is to increase the income of the executives by mean of performance bonus as they did good job to cut off people increase profit margin and the net profit!
Why Big Corporations Tell It: This is part of the general disinformation campaign that corporations foist on employees in the hopes of generating a sense of Loyalty. While executives probably don’t expect every employee to believe this BS!
Quality First
Quality is money, and money is cost, no one wants to go for good quality product... as it will reduce the profit, only smart and who has long term vision entrepreneur has the guts to product good quality product… most of the CEO is looking for short term profit…they don’t do quality if they involves high cost. They keep on Waive the quality issue, delay this small order ship and give the priority to this big chap. Reduce test procedure as test is non-value added crap, shorten the reliability test procedure.
Products so produced is an optimized Quality-profile-struggling process…
No one makes Amplifier as Marantz, mcIhtosh did in the 60’s.
Your Responses Will Be Completely Confidential
That is a lie, as they need this information to save their cost to find these themselves.
After that they will not give you salary raise, and if that information is related to some personal affair of your top boss. Beware, they will come to you and kick you ass out of the company… So Shut your mouth and don’t talk to keep your position.
We Are a Meritocracy
Why It’s a Lie: Promotion will go to those people who are good butt-kissers, those who have pre-existing connection with the colleagues, of family members of the top guns.
Similarly, an executive comes in at the top and pulls a bunch of cronies with him. Look around and see there are numerous examples in your company!
Why Corporations Tell It: Even though most executives inside Fortune 1000 firms “won” their position as much through connections and politics as through actual talent, they want to believe that they were promoted due to their vast intelligence and ability. Furthermore, they want to convince their underlings that if they work hard and do what they’re told, they’ll be duly rewarded. The fiction of a meritocracy thus allows executives to indulge their vanity, while simultaneously holding an illusory carrot in front of the eyes of otherwise hapless employees.
Our Core Values Are Customer Satisfaction
All corporation have one core value and one alone: to make money.
This is more or less a sales gadget, a sales slogan, at the end of the day even this customer is big, of one day they do not buy, they will be dumped!
Loyal employee will be rewarded
Who s more loyal will be paid less... the company has to answer their end share holder for Revenue, Profit, no one cares this man has been contributed to the company for 25 years, or 30 years, if he can be replaced with a lower cost with similar performance, Why not?
Don’t believe this crap! Stay Safe by working hard like the Dozy bear Yolanda in my Animal blog!!

Things That Have Disappeared and Going to be Disappeared

This is the Paris Theatre in Sun Po Kwong date back to 1966. I used to watch Movie with just HKD$0.80!
1. The Post Office and Stamps
All post office are running by Government and these lazy chaps stay in comfort zone so many years, never learn how to run a Post officer properly. They are so deeply in financial trouble that there is probably no way to sustain it long term. Less people will pay the Electric bill by posting cheque. And Who will send you a Christmas card or New year greeting card, they have been replaced by e-cards, In 20 years; most of the Post office will only be found in Museum only.
2. The Cheque
How many cheque you write a years, well, there are still some circulating of cheque for the commercial sector as having a trace for the transaction record, Plastic cards, online transactions and e-banking will lead to the eventual demise of the cheque But more is going for e-banking. Britain is already laying the groundwork to do away with cheque by 2018. It costs the financial system billions of dollars a year to process cheques... This plays right into the death of the post office.
3. The Newspaper
Sunday's edition of the 168-year-old News of the World will be the last, said James Murdoch, chairman and CEO of News Corp.'s Europe and Asia divisions and son of News Corp. owner Rupert Murdoch 10 July 2011.
The younger generation simply doesn't read the newspaper. They read TV Movie gossips.
That may go the way of the milkman and the laundry man. The rise in mobile Internet devices and e-readers has caused all the newspaper and magazine publishers to form an alliance. They have met with Apple, Amazon, and the major cell phone companies to develop a model for paid subscription services.
4. The Book
e-book takes it all, more and more e-book is replacing the hardcopy books in Western world.
5. The Land Line Telephone
In another 15 years, the land line will soon be gone. As everyone will go wireless or Mobile. As the initial installation charge for Land line is extremely costly.
6. Music
The music industry is dying a slow death. Not just because of illegal downloading. It's the lack of innovative new music being given a chance to get to the people who would like to hear it. Greed and corruption is the problem. The record labels and the radio conglomerates are simply self-destructing. Over half of the music purchased today is "catalogue items," meaning traditional music that the public is familiar with. Older established artists.
So the greatest recording goes to those LP Vinyl in 1950-1970’s so if you have a collection of the greatest record, keep it as this will be the evident of the Human Culture .After another 200 years, Alien will study and found that Human Being has lost their music composition and music talent as the music industry was killed by illegal downloading since the invention of Internet.
On the hardware side, since the first album to be released on CD was Billy Joel's 52nd Street, that reached the market alongside Sony's CD player CDP-101 on October 1, 1982 in Japan. Vinyl was gone but after 15 years, Vinyl is back because of it good music reproduction quality. But as far as commercial product, Vinyl is limited to those Audiophile players.
CD will sooner be dead as people especially young kids go for iTune to buy music and stored in his handphone or iPod as his music library.
7. Home Television
TV and movies streamed from their computers. And they're playing games and doing lots of other things that take up the time that used to be spent watching TV. Prime time shows have degenerated down to lower than the lowest common denominator. Cable rates are skyrocketing and commercials run about every 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
Watch out your favourite TBV programme, as after 10 years, no more.
8. Fountain Pen
I ask you , who has a Fountain pen? Do not mention writing calligraphy, people even does e not even know how to use a pen properly. Many young people do not even seen an Actual Fountain Pen… Since Watermans invented this Fountain Pen in 1883, Pen has changed the world and culture, a Lot of important Document was signed by Fountain Pen. Now I still carry a fountain pen, as I like the way it expresses! Who understand this traditional beside you and me!?
9. Cinema
Not just the number, the size of cinema has been diminishing, it was a big event when we date Girl, for Movie… and as in Thailand, a girl promised you to go with you for movie mean that she likes you… Now…. you can still see movie at Scale Cinema….in Bangkok I believe when Pen this article, the Scala will be demolished as it is situated in the expensive Siam Area.. Who will go for movie in such a Big Cinema. Remember the Paris Cinema in Sun Po Kwong, that was HK’s largest Cinema, Remember the Palace Theatre, when we used to see “ Somewhere in Times” for the third times? Those were the days
10. The "Things" That You Own
Windows, Google, and the Mac OS will be tied straight into the Internet. If you click an icon, it will open something in the Internet cloud. If you save something, it will be saved to the cloud. And you may pay a monthly subscription fee to the cloud provider. In this virtual world, you can access your music or your books, or your whatever from any laptop or handheld device. 11. Bank Note, passport, ID Card and Wallet
There has been a Spanish club made use of RFID (radio Frequency Identification) technology to implant a tiny RFDI into body skin to replace traditional transactions in the Club, so they can go naked everywhere in the Club. He does no need to carry credit card or cash for shopping. In about 20 years time, there will be no more cash, bank note, The transaction will be replaced by an ID Code, an RFID assignment, put into your body when a body was borne. It carries our social security number your ID card number, you payment code and your other personal particular. After 600 Years, Shi Lang will be the First Chinese Sea Dragon

China May not soon, at long last, get its first aircraft carrier, After ten years of renovation, the former Soviet carrier Varyag Varyag-sister ship to the Kuznetsov could take into sea as the largest and grandest ships in the People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN). We think that China will build likely more say 5 aircraft carriers.
Casualty of the post-Cold War, the Varyag was laid down in the early 1980s, but construction was aborted in 1992 when the ship was 70% complete, Ukraine, which inherited it I after the break-up of Soviet Union, stripped the ship bare and left it exposed to the elements for several years.
In 1992 a Chinese delegation visited the Ukraine in the hopes of coming to terms on a purchase price of the unfinished vessel but in vain for the suitable price. In 1998, the Chong Lot Travel Agency, a supposed Macau firm, bought the Varyag from the Ukraine for $20 million dollars with the stated intention of making the Varyag a casino. Chong Lot had no offices in Macau and was simply a front company for a Hong Kong firm called Chinluck Holding Co. Ltd. It took three years for the front firm, Chong Lot Travel, CEO, related to PLAN, got permission to tow the Varyag through the Istanbul Straits and on to China in 2001
When the Varyag was finally sold via an intermediate company, then into China in 2001.
After ten years renovation including re-installed the electrical systems, re-constructed the bridge, the Varyag changed its name to Shi Lang, that China Navy may use it more as a research and Training platform for the future carrier designed and screws, rather than a fully functioning carrier..
At one time, the Authoritative Jane’s information Group speculated that the PLAN could build u to 6 aircraft carriers, commissioning the first by the 2015.
China is continued to plough considerate resources into Military modernization. Most Recently boosting its defence budget by 13%, to US$92B.
China is desparate in constructing a Fleet of Aircraft carrier, not just one Shi Lang, it would constitute revolutionary turn of events inters of expansion China Military power. That will result a great alter the balance of power in the Asia-Pacific Region. Still there are a lot of rumour that this carrier does not equipped with Arrestor gear for the aircraft landing... if that is the case, there will be only used for Choppers... Well I beleive China as the technology to build the Arrestor gear themselves, let's see.
This is a new landmark for China to debut the sea power in the region since the Cheng Wo, who took his fleet to conquer the Countries in the India, Middle East to East of Africa 604 years ago. That is the Rising of the Sea Dragon in the Seven Seas!

PE and ED of Hong Kong People

HK peoples are suffered with Stress from boss, career, his self esteem, 3 out of 4 men had family issues, financial problem, Dissatisfaction about sex life, amongst them. 1 out of 4 men has all of the issues. 2 men our of 10 has high blood pressure, despite the blood does not tend to go to his sexual organ causing ED. 50% f HK post 70’s has problem of mental disorder and pychrologic issues. 40% of HK men has mild mental disorder and 30% has serious mental disorder issue... 10% of HK men has diabetes, 80% of HK men over 45 years old has abnormal BMI. How about Premature Ejaculation? 5 out of 10 men in HK is Estimated to have Premature Ejaculation (PE)!
Definition of PE
A short time to ejaculation (prior to or within about one minute), lack of ejaculatory control and negative personal impact or distress related to ejaculation is defined as PE.
World Wide Status
Nearly 30 percent of males across the world are affected with the condition known as premature ejaculation and in spite of such a remarkable shocking percentage there are hardly any effective medications designed for treating this condition.
Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
Unlike erectile dysfunction (ED), which tends to affect older men, PE has similar prevalence across all age groups. In fact, more men are believed to experience premature ejaculation than ED.
Priligy (dapoxetine) is the first-ever oral pill approved to treat premature ejaculation
The premature ejaculation, Recently Priligy has been sold out in Singapore within its first month of release. There is saying that 1 in 3 Singaporean has been suffered from PE. That supports my saying that similar Asian Hong Kong would have also huge demand for Priligy.
HK Sailor’s myth
The HK people used to take 1-3 pieces of Liu Shen Wan 六神丸 (six God Pills) dissolves in 5 cc of distilled Water, stir well ensure that they dissolved apply them on to the penis thoroughly, wait for 10 minutes and rinse it in water You will be surprised that your sexual intercourse will be prolonged for 30 minutes, this had been popular for most of the seamen and sailor in the past when Viagra is not yet been invented.
Premature ejaculation is believed to be one of the most common male sexual health problems globally. When the society is developed, those Workaholic, pressure, over weight, lack of exercise, No classical music is the main course of PE.
The survey conducted prior to the launch of Priligy also found that 77 per cent with PE never discussed their sexual health with a medical practitioner.
One reason PE sufferers may not seek medical treatment is because they believe PE is not a physical problem that can be treated by a doctor. Its manufacturer, Janssen, said the drug's strong sales now indicate that a growing number of local men are willing to discuss treatment options with doctors. There could also be growing recognition that PE is a medical problem.
What shall we do?
Have healthier sex life, as HK men are lack of exercise including sex in bed, average HK man has less than 2.3 times sex in a month. They should improve, partly due to the so call Yellow face Woman. (this is a HK Colloquial word for describing marred woman who never care about her body, faces and dress… sooner her husband would lose the interest in her) and prone to go for 2nd Wife in China, Macao and or HK… I believe there are 40% of age 45 or over man has one or two 2nd wife…
Next time,
You should prepare Priligy and Viagra Together… It is OK to be taken empty stomach or after meal. I believe the next thing selling in street of Shenzhen, Patpong, K.L. Malate, Sham Shu Po and Macao’s Lisboa hotel is Priligy! Beware of fake drug that could easily cause ED…and even death. Buy from reliable Pharmacy that you know.
Dapoxetine (INN, brand name Priligy, Poxet) is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) marketed for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men.[1] Dapoxetine is the only drug with regulatory approval for such an indication. Currently, it is approved in several European countries, including Finland, Sweden, Portugal, Austria and Germany. Dapoxetine is also being considered for approval in other European countries and in the United States, where it is currently in Phase III of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval process. However, Priligy is yet to be approved in US. The US FDA rejected Priligy in 2005 and asked for clinical data to confirm the safety and efficacy of the drug.

Hong Kong is No.1 Most Competitive Nation.

After, Hong Kong Air port and Cathay Pacific airlines was nominated the best Air Port an best airlines last week, In the 2010 edition of the World Competitiveness Yearbook, released on Wednesday 18 May by the Lausanne-based Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland, Hong Kong, have moved up one spot to take first, Singapore was No.1 become No.3 this year, second place goes to USA as the world's most competitive nations. Both Hong Kong and Singapore have now surpassed the U.S. for the first time in decades. Since September 15 , the melt down of Leman Brothers in 2008. Singapore and Hong Kong suffered during the recession, but demonstrated a striking ability to rebound. Hong Kong’s prosperous economy is much related to the prominent economic growth of China.
However, Hong Kong faces the highest inflation rate, high soaring real estate price and the sluggish decision making of the impotent government administration is slowly poisoning this duck that can lay gold egg. The Gini Index is very high and more than 900,000 people in Hong Kong are classified as “poverty”. Minimum wages of HKD$28 has been listed in the labour law of HK since 1 May. We will be suffering as most of the cunning enterprise, and big firms and company instead will put the offset of the salary plus their finely calculated earning to the end users including you and me…
Well, intentions of helping the poor will not be at no cost.

Best Gift on Mother's Day

Monday Morning I heard form news in Shenzhen TV that the most Happiest Mother is Sweden, followed by Australia and Iceland, China is placed on 18th, I really do not know the position of Hong Kong. But I know that mother and father of Hong Kong are tough, as they young generation is expecting more from their parents. Since the average salary of the 25-34 years old people of HK's salary is lower that that in 1997. However the real estate price of houses in HK is higher than 1997 by 14.6%.
Many people are helping their kid for paying the down payment, or simply bear the debt to pay the house for their kids. Some of them are not rich at all, they even used up their retirement fund for paying the house of their kids. I think there is not right or wrong. But I would not so do….

As belongs to he baby boomer of the 50’s I do care about my mother… who is so such devoted his entire life for their kids… I always buy some thing for her on The Mother’s Day. I always said “I love you!” to my mom and give her a Kiss,,, In think this is the best gift for my mother,,, Do not wait for the mother day, if you love her, everyday could be the Mother's Day!

Justin was being described as " Acting like a Child"

Justin Bieber was told off by cabin crew for “Acting like a child” during a flight.
The baby pop star was reported scolded by a air stewardess who said he was a security risk after he and his body guard walked through the aisle from business class to economy class as the plan was moving on ground during a Qantas flight from Sydney to Melbourne on last Sunday.
According to Australian’s daily telegraph newspaper, he left red-faced after the crew member told him to “respect my workplace” and told the hitmaker she was treating him like a child because he was like a child.
The 17-years old singer then apologized for his behaviour and returned to his seat.
The day before he boarded the flight Justin was pelted wth eggs by a fan during a concert in Sydney… who refer themselves as “ beliebers” – took to tweeter to condemn the egg-thrower, one wrote : dear person who pelted eggs at Justin, you now have over 9 millions beliebers after you, be afraid, we go harder and harder. The post 90’s has been too much in seek of some of the funny act, weird songs or twisted love… The star was borne as an Anachronism. The Egg thrower is one of the one who want attraction…
This kind of case reflects that some celebrity has been over-cautious about end if of themselves, recalled that our Mr. Tung Chi Wah’s Wife had also had similar unhappy event that when she way flying on Dragon Air to China. She said' Do you know who am I?" and had an argument with the Air Stewardess.
Some of the very rich men Say. “Do you know who am I?" Some one say “ I know your boss, and I can make you disappears in this company!” When they are being treated SAME as other people, as they want themselves to be treated with Special Attention and Extra Care. Probably that they are just too nervous about their existence. When there are people starring at them, they feel offended and would like to have intention to send his body guard to offer a punch to have on your face... When there is no one watching them, which make them uneasy, they would try to make themselves to be a point of Attraction by doing something absurd…Tung's wife, Justin, to have the same habit. Well, One is a baby, one is a mama! How about the other age group…same if they are rich… Famous and notorious is just one step apart.
Pointing to your nose, saying that "Do you now who am I?" is just too common already….
Forgive them as they as they are just too lonely, too boring, too low in EQ.

Osama Bin Laden was killed

The most prominent face of terror in America and beyond, Osama Bin Laden, has been killed in Pakistan, U.S. officials said Sunday night.
Bin Laden was the leader of al Qaeda, the terrorist network behind the September 11, 2001, attacks on the United States. President Obama had a night open speech to all citizens in the US said that his special forces have the body of bin Laden.
The enormity of the destruction -- the World Trade Center's towers devastated by two hijacked jumbo airplanes, the Pentagon partially destroyed by a third hijacked jetliner, a fourth flight crashed in rural Pennsylvania, and more than 3,000 people killed -- gave Bin Laden a global presence.
President Barack Obama has addressed the nation on Sunday, the president said he had ordered an operation -- carried out by a handful of U.S. troops -- to kill bin Laden in Pakistan. They did so after a firefight, bringing out the al Qaeda leader's body with them after their mission was complete within 45 minutes.
"His demise should be welcomed by all who believe in peace and human dignity," Obama said in a speech announcing bin Laden's death. "Justice has been done."
Moreover that Bin Laden in a compound cave made with 16 feet thick concrete wall, he might have been there for many years. There was no internet nor mobile phone was found., He might rely on dove, or passing written note by hand for organizing the activities in the compound to his team around the globe.
Knowing that the Bin laden had lost his importance after these years as at the same time, there are more new terror groups in various corners of the world. Well, this comes to a end of the justice to those who was killed and their family members in 11 Sept 2001.
Likely, everywhere , NY, SFC, London, will tighten the security in the terror attack.
World is just a small time slot in this universe of millions year of history, and we have never stopped war anywhere in the globe since we have the known human history.. When do we could stop killing, when we will start to learn loving our enemy? HK Snob

South Korean and Hong Kong Cash in Gold Teeth as Price keeps Soaring!

Gold Hit $1,509 an ounce on the London Bullion Market on April 12 2011.
For the first time on record over $1,500!
With this trend for gold Price and I speculate that the Gold Price will reach up to USD$3,000 in 2011 estimated…
As the price of this precious metal price internationally, South Korean are cashing in their gold teeth and other dental work.
And shunning traditional gold engagement rings and baby gifts..
The gold crown fetches at least 40,000 won up to 100,000 Won depending on size and condition.
South Korea
Gold Seven’s CEO Nam Seung Woo: We are handling gold teeth far more than usual as the price of gold is rapidly increasing. The Company had bought golden teeth, golden crown from more than 100 customers in past month.
Hong Kong
On the other side in Hong Kong, many newly open shops for buying carat Gold…just in Tsuen Wan MTR station, there are two different shops side by side running the same business. They will test your article in one equipment and immediate tell how much its equivalent value after analysis the gold content. They will deuce 5% of the gold processing fee and immediate cash you.
The gold Trade business will be moving on… and I think there more people to
Buy 24K gold as an investment,
More people will, prone to buy gold watch than Stainless steel watch as the later is not seen to be cheap at all, More people will sell their unused, or old gold ornament and rings…
The inflation will keep rising up with the gold price as money seem has been depreciating…
We will see more Old Chinese people cover their mouth when they laugh, Probably they have removed their gold teeth for Cash already!

Some times we have a lot of powerful means in internet we have iphone, Ipad, never out of internet connection to Google, Yahoo,.. Seem his is the era of information overflow… But somehow we have to keep a sharper eye on every minor detail of things we see in life.
As there are still many things that we can not find out from the internet.
When I was young I noticed out that there is a small hole on the tin box of the shoe shinning wax… Why.. This is my thoughts!?
They make a small hole as to release the air when they close the cover during manufacturing? Since the box is air tight.. But on the other hand, the small hole will case the wax to get dry faster?
So every time I buy a box of Kiwi shoe wax, I used a plastic tape to seal the hole… the wax seem never get dry and can be used for many years more.
Sometimes I think that was the purpose of the Kiwi as they know that small hole can speed up the aging of the wax and soon be dried, so that they can sell more… is that Right!? A tricky sales gadget!?
Nowadays people seldom goes into detail of small things in life…. You can ask post 80 kid who can tell you how many types of Japanese brand name of automobile he can tell you…probably less than three!
Or can they tell the two major Aircraft supplier in the world we can see under Cathay Pacific flights? Probably nothing!
Or even what are the major difference between the audio format of LP, CD, and Cassette to a post 70s? No one can…
So a simpler question, tell a post 80s student to tell you how may types of Fish he can name in English in one minute…. I can tell you most of them can tell not more than three!
Or Ask a University Graduate in Electronic what is the function of the Ground Pin our home electrical power plug! How does it work!?- They said this can be the thesis for the PhD of Electronics…
Ask a 10 years old kid where the milk is come from… most of the replies are 7-11!
You will be surprised that they know nothing of about something that is very simple things in life.
What can we do? What is wrong with our educational system whereby they can pass the examination with high score,. But they seem do not know anything more about it…
Well, partly because of the educational system, partly the kids never come out of the learning other than what they learn form school, and those tedious learning under his private teachers of piano, Violin…

King Yin Lei is Now Open for Public Visit

5 Hong Kong Heritage Sites
Amid Hong Kong's race to build the biggest, newest and tallest buildings, it is humbling to remember the structures that date from the city's early days. Commissioner for Heritage Laura Aron chooses her favorite classic Hong Kong buildings Aron works on the adaptive reuse of government-owned historic buildings. She tries to strike a balance between development and conservation when revamping these beautiful, frail old structures.
King Yin Lei
This mansion garnered huge media attention during the "Save King Yin Lei Campaign" in 2004. It was the first historic building in Hong Kong to be Protected by the government through land exchange with its previous owner, setting a precedent in the city’s heritage conservation work. Built in 1937, King Yin Lei changed prosperous hands several times over the years. In 2007, a purchaser who remains anonymous began demolition and renovation work, causing extensive damage to the building’s roof and flooring. Attentive neighbours and the government halted the demolition. While King Yin Lei is currently off-limits to the public, It is now open for Public visit for two weeks! Entry Ticket is free for distribution.

4. Tung Wah Museum

5. Central Police Compound

There are a lot of heritage buildings that have been demolished by Government of Hong Kong, such as the Central Post office that was torn down in 1976. When I visited Macao, Penang and Melecca, and Recently in Macao, I still can see their Post office standing proudly in front of me there untouched over 100 years. Hong Kong on side is rich apparently but we are poor in maintaining our Pretitious buildings… that most of the Hong Kong People won’t forget…. Government is looking for Short terms benefit and their job security in the Government. Doing Less whereby making less Mistakes as the Old Stubborn Chinese Official Slogan. no vision for city plan, no protection of the Heritage Building… Everyone sitting at the Legislative council day dreaming or hysterically throwing banana as monkey show for public .Working on how to create more Value for themselves with the Building developers which are in fact The Hong Kong Gangers dressed in cashmere suits.

Did you see the movie Drean Home Victoria No.1? Hong Kong slasher film. The film is the story of Cheng Lai-sheung (Josie Ho) who saves up money buy her dream home. After finding house prices rising, she goes into a murderous frenzy. If you have seen it, You know what I am thinking of. Josie Ho should win out the best Actress last week but however for certain reason it came to Lau Ka Ling!HK Snob

Grand Lisboa Casino Macao

This new Lisboa casino LED globe was built in 2007, that has been running for 4 years and it seems that there is my 2nd time to visit Macao in the past 5 years, I found that the Grand Lisboa hotel is so beautiful and for Sure that billions of dollars was spent on this building.

The new Grand Lisboa Hotel was connected with a foot bridge to the old Lisboa Hotel which Stanley Ho opened in 1971. The New Grand Lisboa was a design of International architects and interior designers leaded by Khuan Chew who also was the designer for Buri Al Arabs and Four Seasons hotel of Hong Kong.
The property is shaped like a giant lotus flower and opened in 2007 just before Chinese New Year; with 240 gaming tables, 480 slots, and six restaurants.
We could see this new Landmark of Macao with a breathtaking light show from the world’s largest integrated LED screen installed on the Grand Lisboa’s exterior, Ho has clearly upped the ante on his competitors. The LED globe consists of 1.2 millions LED. And 580,000 Swarovski Crystals, and 5,400 pieces of 24-Kt gold plated glasses.
The RGB LED flashed and becoming the local most favourite and glorious Light show from 1800 to next morning, The Lotus leaves shaped roof acts as a Knife on top of the entrances would capture every gamblers entering into the Entrance…
There you can enter and can not come out with the money from the gambler table.. A traditional Fung Shui… On each of the major concourse, you can see water spring that would like to Wash you clean….( so in theory of Fung Shui, no one should be able to come out with the money from the Casino) this is only my personal Observations…
As I do no gambles, that mean I am the only Winner in Lisboa casino…

Macao, another favourite place for those Chinese Big Spenders

Macao has become the entertainment capital of the Far East the in more ways than one.
Certainly, the clusters of magnificent hotel, casinos, resorts, mall, restaurants, spa, massage palours and show venues that have transformed its landscape in the past ten years exert a power allure. But it's been almost thrilling to simply observe the breathtaking paces of the development of the infrastructures. With each new building striving to nudge the height of luxury just a little higher than the last. Seating beside the Venetian Hotel is the new bigger thing, the 550,000 sqm mega Resort Galaxy Macao. Constructed at a cost of HKD$15.9B. Will soon be commencing for welcoming your visit.
As I had been there just for three days, a bit surprising not to find any interesting point that could make me stay more in Macao, Simply because I do not gamble, all I need to find out is the food, which I did not feel impressed.
So called the oldest street store for beef which they he operated more than 70 years at Peking road near by Metro park hotel I even did not try as for the aroma was not appealing.
We went to a local shop for they recommended Curry beef, I did not like… The Pork Chip Bao which said to be one of the local favourite, the taste is not even better than the Hamburger in MacDonald. I had been to one of the best Wanton Noodles, but the Wanton was not good at all, just can be in par of the ordinary wanton noodle in Hong Kong Local Tai Pai Donng.
I intended to go To To House, but they have been moved to Taipa, so I did not want to go as I was in Rua De Pequim (Peking Street), What I notice s is the almost 95% of the tourist would buy from one particular shop for Macao Delicacies and roasted meat slices, Almond cakes, peanut candies, that tell us the Marketing and TV media does help to promote the selling. We had a dinner recommended by a hotel staff, the food I took is Ox Tail, that is too salty. Well, it seems I had no good satisfaction on my taste buds in these few days, That was not a good trip as I hardly can find a good place for food…
Well, if you do not gamble, do go like to involve yourself in those night life … and if you are not intending to buy watches, then Macao Seems will not be a good place for your vacation.
But I do have some of my deepest thought of This Little place. The Rich Chinese, there are 490,000 Chinese who has RMB10,000,000.. and this number will grow at a rate of 18% a year, where do they spend their Money! Other Than Shopping in HK, so naturally, the Macao!
Every where is Chinese, Rich Chinese, At least I have seen 20 Gold Rolex Day Date in one night along the street, mostly Yellow Gold, means that the Yellow Gold is the favourite choice for Rolex for Those Chinese…Omega, once in a while an AP Perpetual Calendar.
They ate all lingering in the Lisboa Casinos or the Venetians… They all wear Louis Vitton or Gucci bags, Nice Italian Shoes and Aquascutum suit with the label still sticking on the left sleeves.
They spent ten thousand token on the gambling table as I spend ten dollar.
Beside the street, you can see a lot of Pawn Shops, and by a rough estimation, I think there are at east 500 Pawn Shops in Macao
They all carry Rolex. And you can see a lot of Rolex. Of course can not find those Antique One. Or rare Colour dial Like Purple, Yellow or Orange…
I can estimate that there are at least 150,000 Rolex in the Shops of Macao, next is Omega, AP, Piaget, and PP….
Price!!? They are marked up at least 200-300% as that price of in Hong Kong. Some of the used Rolex is almost the same price of the new stock in Rolex Shop of Hong Kong. Well, they are preparing for your negotiation, as Chinese Like to negotiation. But some how if they do not know the price, even after less 50% discount, the article you buy is possible still more expensive than those watch of the same type as in Hong Kong…
So next time when you win some big bucks in the casino. And if you should not mind too much for the discount as your money is coming from Gambling… have a Happy Shopping Rolex in Macao!

Is Hong Kong a Shopping Paradise?!

This is a fake Samsung 500GB Hard disk, using just a

128MB Flask memory

and two ballast nuts as togive the right Weight of the Disk
One guy brought this failed 500GB hard drive to service center because of some problems of stoppage when viewing a large video. When workers of the center opened it they were very surprised, because there was... 128 Mb flash drives inside instead of the 500GB hard drive. The man explained that he bought this fake Samsung HDD in a Chinese store. Be careful what you buy… There is always Smart Fake Copy cat… but all we need a little bit smarter buying checks... and I believe we should always buying form a trustful stores whatever… watches, Camera, shoes…hand bag… As I had said that it happened in Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui stores: When you buy a Nikon lens by cash as they offer you a special price of that lens, after you got back Hotel and open to see a bottle of Coca Cola! When you complained to the police, the invoice address name are different as the shop you went for… So please check the followings: VISA slip record for the name of the shop. Check the printed name and address on the official invoice before you leave If possible looks at how they pack your goods. Only go for the big name that is recommended by the Watch Company. There is no cheap watch for Rolex For example… the maximum discount is less 5% to less 15% for Rolex in Hong Kong depending on which model you are looking for. Buy from someone you know. Do not deposit money for some model that is not available at the shop I had intended to buy a shirt for my little daughter but could not find her size “S” And the beautiful shop keeper told me to full pay the amount of $1400 in order to order and the good will is available in 2 days. I said. Sorry, I do not like this practice. No one pay the full amount for unseen Goods... I think you know this shop :JUICYGXXL. Which is a chain store fashion cloth for youngsters. Do not buy coupons…that come with an attractive discount as a sales Gadget... Many of the companies are running with his trick for money as who know when they will close the company and run away… I still do not trust buying from uncertain Web sites for some thing like watches, jeweler as I think they can not be trusted. There are many shop selling goods with such kind of price tag HKD$49.99 but I have to pay cash HKD$50 .. I had argued with some of the shop keepers in Mong Kok Centre, they said I have to pay HKD$50.00 but I turned out to leave the shop… of course the sales ladies would cursed me such a stingy old chap!… but this is a commercial World, Why I have to pay more on what I have to pay for…and I can accept to pay by VISA for the exact amount HKD$99.99 not HKD$100.00!? You can see at least 30% of the two hundred in Mong Kok Centre are doing business this way… Is it because Chinese are So much Superstitious about 99.99 as "9' means "Long Life" in Cantonese Prounication… Why they did not put HKD$99.9999999… then? Old Chinese teaches us: People can cheat your money because of Greedy… Answering to the title: Is Hong Kong a real shopping paradise!? Yes, When you are Smart! and ..not Greedy! Wish you had a Happy Shopping In Hong Kong! HK Snob
