Honesty, I have been some of the restaurant, I am not pleased on the food at all , but this is only my experience only, As far as my concern about the restaurant. Food has to be good, the waiters and captain have to be friends., and price should also be reasonable… Anyway, Congratulation to Hong Kong as 6 out of the 20 is in Hong Kong… Sad to hear that there is only one in China, In fact there are a lot of good restaurant in China which is QUALIFIED as very good restaurant. Just might be due to the promotions and the converge of the food critics, they might select the restaurants in the big cities… to those who is not able to be selected as the best restaurant, do not give up…. HK Snob likes you.
